Putin is way too calculated and strategic to be centered at red.
-
I agree with @Lyubov
very blue with a nice dose of red and orange
-
lol, why specifically do you think republican policies are good for economics?
-
I don't see one thing about policy.
This whole post reeks of Tim Poole.
I can't tell if this is a shit post....
Assuming this is legit, here is the bottom line:
Trump intentionally tries to divide the people like no other president in us history
Calls Joe fucking biden a socialist and constantly fear mongers and demonizes progressives.
Continues to give tax breaks for the wealthy and decrease public spending on things like infrastructure, healthcare, social security, education-- further increasing income inequality and lack of socioeconomic mobility(american dream)
His policies did not lead to the lowest unemployment rates precovid. Obama created more jobs in his last 3 years than trump did in his first 3
Reducing educational spending and implementing school choice is not a solution... fund black schools more and hold the quality of education to higher standards across the board. don't make the black kids fight for spots to get into better schools.
Trump is playing tic tac toe while china is playing 4d chess. They are beating his short sighted ass in every turn. In terms of reducing america's diplomatic relations, we are essentially paving the road for china to continue to increase their economic and cultural influence. His policies are actually helping china.
Trump is gutting public institutions(including public health and pandemic response). This essentially makes it even easier for the private sector to gain even more power than they already do.
Freedom of speech is not real boss. You wouldn't have a problem with twitter censoring pedophiles or people who try to say that blacks are genetically inferior(maybe... I hope) or people who try to spread other things that could be dangerous to society.

@Leo Gura What is the definition of knowledge from your perspective?

fascinating. I think this is a good example of how trying to progress a social system too quickly can backfire-- both with the golden age movement and with the ba'ath movement.

Do you think that this could be related to personality types?

@Claymoree nobody is being conspiratorial. Just predictions about what will potentially happen. Nothing is set in stone.

Biden pardons Trump.

Ford was Nixon's vp though. I think a more likely scenario(given Biden wins) is that trump steps down out between november and inauguration to give pence the power to give him a blanket pardon.

I want to learn more about these leaders-- their personal stories, policies, and their general vision for their respective countries. If anyone has good books on them, please add them below!!

@Leo Gura NGO's have played a massive role in improving material conditions in Africa and Southeast Asia over the past half century or so.
The trick is to not waste your money on some bogus and inefficient organization. Do your research people!!!! read Doing Good Better by William MacAskall to learn more

@RedLine Both are seemingly goal oriented, but are very different.
In short:
Yellow is primarily interested in his/her impact on the broader system.
Orange is generally more status driven and fixated on growth.
-
31 minutes ago, RedLine said:So no my point, whay is the difference between be in yellow and not be in yellow and having 50% green, 40% orange, 10% blue.
I think a key indicator of yellow is flexibility in expressing values and a lack of judgement of others in the spiral. someone could be in yellow, but be very good at taking the orange or blue perspective as needed from a place of detachment. that is very different than actually being self identified and inflexible in orange/blue and being triggered by like green and red.
31 minutes ago, RedLine said:Name one.
Again... most stage green intellectuals(a vast majority of academics are green) did not gain influence or write before they were at stage green. It is hard to name intellectuals who had such clear transitions
A few clear non-anecdotal examples of transitions from orange to green and beyond evolution off the top of my head:
Bill Gates
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Russel Brand
Joe Rogan
Leo Gura
Vaush Vidya

On the other hand, you can be on several levels at the same time, for example 50% green, 40% orange, 10% blue. What is the difference between the latter and being 100% yellow-turquoise?
the book explains this.
essentially, there is no such thing as a green person-- it is more accurate to say that the center of gravity of this person's value systems are green. Also, you can be at different levels across different facets of life. For example, a corporate ceo could be orange in business, Purple/green in family life, and blue in spirituality. Yellow is specifically about flexibility, big picture, integral thinking. It is a quantum leap in consciousness. do some more research if you are intrigued.

22 minutes ago, RedLine said:Could you name an intellectual who was libertarian and now he is green? I can´t find anyone.
on this point, a vast majority of academics and intellectuals are green. You don't know what these intellectuals were like before they started to write papers and gain influence. Guarantee that a lot of socialist green academics were libertarians as teens.... then they took soc 101 in college and actually started reading books.

If empirical reality agrees with the theory evertyhing is ok, is empirical reality doesn´t support the theoy it is a regression. In this sense the theory is irrefutable, Can´t you see the trick?
The book specifically addresses regressions. Read it if you are interested.
3 minutes ago, RedLine said:All the people that I mentioned clearly evolved, they were idealist when they are young, then they grow and become liberals. How can you prove they had a regression?
They had a regression because their worldviews become more self oriented and less conscious. Again, they got sucked into the level of development of their society and were forced to adapt to their living conditions. I mean homie, you don't gotta believe in SD unless it aligns with you common sense and is useful in understanding the world around you-- it is just a model and nobody is forcing you to like it.
-
easy to get sucked into the inertia of your society. It is possible to regress, especially if you have not mastered orange and go to green too quickly. look at boomers in the americas or hippie college kids who end up being corporate sellouts.
-
@Vittorio how do you tell the difference between true selflessness and doing selfless acts to survive an identity of being a "selfless person"
-
What is not survival?
-
Is Tim Pool intentionally spewing things that he knows is stupid for clicks or is he genuinely a true believer in what he says?
what do y'all think?
-
- flooded his cabinet with corporate lobbyists
- cutting taxes for wealthy
- decreasing spending on education, health, and infrastructure(besides his wall)
- increasing tax payer subsidies for fossil fuel and weapons manufacturing industries(military spending increased by 100 billion)
- decreasing regulations on banking
- increasing deficit
- corroding american social fabric

Past authoritarian government had ways of watching and persecuting dissenters, all useless even though they typically worked very well. Regimes fall when they can't persecute their opposition because the people becomes the opposition.
lol, so you don't think China could use ai tech to diffuse any mass movements and to take opposition leaders out before they have the chance to gain momentum? I don't think you are understanding the level of surveillance that can be possible using ai.

interesting. I am admittedly not too familiar with those leaders' specific strategies and approaches. I guess a large part of how I conceptualize red is the impulsive facet of it. I def see Putin resonating with red in many aspects, but to me, he just seems very patient and level-headed whereas the leaders you mentioned above(based on my limited understanding-- not a history buff), were primarily focused on "Fighting till the end of the world" and "Conquering for the sake of conquering" whereas Putin seems to have a very complex way of thinking and seems very genuinely patriotic (as opposed to Trump's charlatanism).
How would y'all distinguish between red strategy and orange strategy and how specifically does putin have a red strategic paradigm as opposed to an orange one?
