  1. knowledge that benefits a human but does not God
The People of this Forum - Angels of Truth - We are Truth
There is knowledge that benefits a human but does not God. There is the knowledge that benefits a God but does not benefit the human.
The real knowledge is the knowledge that benefits The God, but for the human will seem like something that nothing to benefit from.

  2. Byron Katie
    Questions about questioning my beliefs
Best tip; Byron Katie - the Work. Watch YouTube vids how it works.
Free worksheet from her website; http://thework.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/jyn_en_mod_6feb2019_r4_form1.pdf
    If you get stuck of have really hardwired believes; try this question;
What payoff am I getting out of this positionality? What gratification, pleasure and satisfaction gives this position which I am stuck in?
    Instead of questioning your beliefs, try letting go of them by using;
    - The Sedona Method - H. Dwoskin
    - Letting Go - D. Hawkins (really good book!)
    - The Presence Process, two extensive talks on YouTube (below the first one)
    - The Completion Process - T. Swan
Start wherever you like. Eventually you will seek deeper and deeper beliefs in yourself. Don't take this work to be easy or light. It will take lots of your time and months of pratice to really see some benefits. But it's really worth it!
Good luck on your journey ?

  3. Communication Using Spirial Dynamics
    Communication Using Spirial Dynamics
If you have been following Leo's work for years, doing the hard grueling work, reflecting over the content here and actually integrating these principles practically in your in your life you are probably at stage yellow or above. This post will help you communicate more efficiently to others and get your point across to others so that they understand something ( a lesson you have learned or some concept, or why you are doing what you are doing) at an emotional level.
Warning: I have simply taken many concepts from Leo, and dozens of books, and my personal life experiences, this is extremely subjective and should not be taken literal, it has taken me a long time to become a better communicator and this is just what personally works for me. So if your offended I don't care and if you have something positive to add please share. AND in this work, your main concern should not be preaching, here a 90-10 rule should be applied, worry about applying your ideas, and principles to your own life and don't worry about spreading it to others. Worry about picking up your own trash and doing what your can for the environment (as an example) and not going out on some vendetta to FIX others from polluting, it a waste of time, your energies are better spent on monitoring yourself and your own actions.

I'll stick to two examples, 1. Your explaining why your doing this work, 2. Your trying to encourage someone close to you to get into shape.
    1. Firstly people don't care unless it relates to their ego or survival, and they pay attention to something that either supports them being Happy, Successful, having Freedom and they need to be reminded of this generally every 10mins.
2A. There is also a rule called the Golden Circle, do not start with the What start with the WHY. You will lose people with starting with the what because it may imply change (which takes effort)  and they will tune out, many people make this mistake. DO NOT start with the What (exercises they can do in the gym) , or what practices you are doing (yoga, meditation, self inquiry) they don't care. At best it's interesting but they will not understand.  Start with the Why, go to How, then lastly to the What. This is will vary vastly based on the type of person you are speaking to. Also do not share more than 3 things people cannot handle more than 3 things at a time.
2B. Before you go further, the most important thing you need to consider is, does this person have strong defensive mechanisms? Is this person even open to change or capable of giving a shit about the path your on or some idea you are going to share with them? If this person has a history of stagnation, you need to look at yourself and ask why you feel compelled to help this person or share some idea you have, is it ego? It is a pure waste of time and you know it. I wouldn't waste my energy, in many cases if someone is going through something your better off not offering a solution and just supporting them emotionally. This happens with many guys and their girlfriends, where the girlfriend just wants to express their emotions and is not interested in fixing anything or sharing ideas, if that is you just be there for them and that's it. Here is a general rule, the MORE resistant that person or persons are to change the more you will have to explain something so it hits them emotionally, you hit them emotionally by relating something to their ego or something that relates to their survival. I would also consider the emotional state that person is in, in that moment. Depending on if that person at their core aims for growth or aims for defending the status quo or stagnation (which can include simply forgetting any lessons learned) when someone is in a state of recovering from some pain this is when they may be the most open to change. Timing is everything, if someone just went on a eating binge for example, not when they are feeling bad about the aftermath but when they are recovering from the aftermath may be the best time to motivate them to get in shape, with some people if you miss that, lets call it their openness period they will not be open to change when everything is normal because they can't see why they would put in any effort (which may include simply considering your point of view and no physical action from their side). In summary consider if they are a grower or a defender, and the emotional state they are in at that moment, and their history.
    3. Assess who you are talking to what stage they are at so you can meaningfully convey your message. If your talking to an large audience you need to incorporate a mix of both. And few people are hardly purely A or B but on some spectrum between A and B.
    3A. The Masculine Versus Feminine
In this context everyone has both, and this is just a model, and in certain settings a person can switch from one to the other for example at work the person is masculine and home in a family setting feminine. If I missed something here it is probably addressed later and remember in this context masculine does not mean the person you are talking to is a man its 2019, if you've have been following Leo's material you will understand In this context masculine refers to what has typically helped men survive and the feminine to what has typically helped women survive from a biological perspective. The masculine values ideas, concepts, tangible achievement, moving up the hierarchy, and overcoming challenges. The feminine is going to NOT be interested in ideas, and concepts I wouldn't even bother presenting something as an idea to someone who is extremely feminine (again a woman in 2019 may in this context have some masculine qualities and for sure the other way round). The feminine is going to value anything that supports improving relationships, stability, comfort, avoidance of conflict, and of course positive feelings. These are some points I would hit when explaining the Why, How, and What in that order.

3B. What stage are they at in the Spiral?
    This relates to their values,
Blue is going to value, tradition, things that positively support their beliefs, and the norm/status quo. This also changes depending on the setting, work/school is going to be more blue than you think, generally explaining things within the current framework to best conveys a message. Even though your co-worker/teacher may be Green at home and out of the office they can be very Blue at work/school. Explain things within their framework and then push it just a little but do not go overboard I would not push things outside the bubble. Unless you work at Google or something like that, then you can challenge the norms. Explaining this self-actualization work to a blue person you may want to point out the similarities of this work to the positive points of religion without challenging their beliefs, they are most likely not ready to be challenged in their beliefs or at best it will end up in some debate which is a waste of time.
Orange is going to value some external thing that can either make them Happy, Successful, or give them more Freedom. Good luck, getting a strong orange to look within, not going to happen. They will not understand things like consciousness or being, they may be interested but to motivate behavior change if that is what you are attempting; being in a state of happiness might be a cool idea but that is all it can be is an idea. For them to understand, you would have to present being in shape as something you externally obtain, and in combination with considering if they are masculine or feminine this is gold.
Green, I live in a very Green environment and I personally find Green to value like Blue, beliefs but those that relate to most likely global warming, veganism etc. They also are motivated by freedom, and not so much success. I would make success my weakest point for motivation. Green is tricky but I really find they value human connection, however only to those who support their beliefs, and they really value the easiest path and avoiding conflict, or adversity. I would not present going to the gym in such a way that if you go to the gym and eat right you will achieve some success in your life. But rather that you will not have to deal with some future pain/suffering. I find Green really is motivated and values Happiness in the lack of suffering or conflict basically you may have to present the hard route as the easy route.
Yellow I will not cover because they will value whatever you are saying as they love models, concepts and growth.
3C. Are they a linear, or a nonlinear thinker.
Most people I find are linear thinkers, so I will explain a nonlinear thinker. A nonlinear thinker thinks in webs. You present 1 idea it sparks a chain of other ideas. A nonlinear thinker can connect two things where a linear people CANNOT. A strong linear thinker is incapable of connecting two different seemingly unrelated ideas, also abstract ideas are just that, abstract ideas. For a linear thinker you will literally have make that connection for them they will not do it on their own. Examples that do not relate to them will not resonate with them don't say its like 'Baking a cake blah blah blah'. If you want to hit them emotionally, paint a picture of their future or what could be that relates to a human being in their situation for example how they could be an overweight person who gets tired walking up the stairs, or how they could be that guy with a six pack surrounded by several 9HB's (if their a masculine orange).
3D. If they are Thinkers or Feelers
Do not mistake this for being masculine or feminine. If you accidentally spill a glass of water on your pants on a hot day, a feelers first reaction is going to be emotionally, to some liquid dampening their pants, a thinker is first going to logically think around the repercussions of the  situation then react emotionally. Feelers value connection, and communicate primarily with feelings not what is being said. Therefore if you conveying a message to a feeler you better use mirroring. Mirroring is where you feel something and the other person feels what your feeling. Your words are not that important, how you say something is. In groups, people turn to feelers. In explaining why you do this self-actualization work you want to feel the happiness, peace, and self-acceptance and radiate those emotions that they can achieve if they do the What. Also painting an emotional picture of what can be, express the feelings you will feel when you are in shape. When there is a misunderstanding or some conflict, you want to express your feelings and relate to their feelings, come to common ground by relating to the feeling you may have triggered in them if you offended them or hurt their ego. If you want to build empathy with someone (a very close connection) express what feelings you had that led you to take that action.
For a strong thinker feelings are like empty words. They will value your credibility so make that a point. They also will value things numerically for example if your in shape you will be able to lift X kilos. When you are in conflict with a thinker, level with them by explaining what logically steps led you to that conclusion or intent. Build empathy also with numbers/facts, before I was in shape I couldn't run X kilometres and now I can run Z.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've never been good with conclusions so.... I hope this is helpful to you guys. Thanks.

  4. cancer
As GOD Why we can't creat any thing
Firstly, you CAN heal your body. Healing is an entire discipline. You can increase the heal rate of cancer through shear mind power. This has been proven by clinical science long ago. There exist clinics which teach how to heal cancer with mind power. And of course it works. Not 100%, but you'd be surprised how effective it can be.
There also exist millions of psychic healers who can help heal you. The shit Jesus did is not merely a myth! An exceptionally conscious mystic will have psychic superpowers that you can hardly believe. Of course it's not 100% perfect. Don't try to formalize it. You can't formalize psychic abilities within a materialist paradigm because they are immaterial and superconscious.
Secondly, since you are God, and you can create anything out of thin air, you created this human life where you get to experience limitation. You created limitation for yourself. You just forgot. So until you wake up you will be puzzled. After you wake up you will understand that you did this to yourself precisely because you have infinite power.
Thirdly, by becoming more conscious your ability to create using your mind will increase significantly. You will not get 100% freedom because for that you'd have to stop being human. To be human is to have certain limits. But right now you are nowhere near the limits of what the human mind/body can do.
Do not underestimate the power of the mind. The entire universe is mind-stuff. You just don't know how to access it. Humans are a very crude and underdeveloped species. And you are a very crude and underdeveloped human. So there's your answer.

  5. perspective within God's perspective
As GOD Why we can't creat any thing
@TheOne you are a perspective within God's perspective.  So you are your perspective but you are also God's perspective.  Its all One.  There is only you.  So that does make you God but remember you are currently God exploring itself from YOUR persepective   Your perspective is finite.
But you can mystically shift to God's perspective with a mystical experience and tap into Absolute Intelligence and I'm sure other abilities such as healing and then come back to your perspective.

  6. giving control to the global elites
Self-actualization is a very good way of not giving control to the global elites.
In this video, ben explains that a few thousand people at the top can implement plans for billions of people only if billions of people fail at their own plans. For example, if you fail to become an independent artist, the global elites will lock you down in an uninspiring full-time job. By an artist, I mean many things such as an inspired CEO, an architect, etc, ... That uninspiring full-time job might involve identifying jews that nazis can find and kill or implementing a surveillance software that will be used to control employees more tightly.
You don't need to wage a revolution or a war to fight the global elites. If you win in your field of choice, the global elites cannot implement their plans through you.
Self-actualization is not different from resisting the global control.
Personally, I think succeeding in one's plans is far superior to revolution and war because
Revolutions and wars always incur unintended adverse side effects and more hatred for decades. It is not going to fix things properly in the long term. Self-actualization has none of those adverse side effects. Self-actualization is good for one's life. You just need to focus on succeeding in your own plans. You just need to wage war on your inner world by dominating your resistance and your plans rather than the external world. Inner jihad is better than external jihad. Focus on inner jihad. Focus on dominating your resistance to self-actualization. Focus on internal and external success. If individuals win, we all win. If you win, politicians and corporate masters will have huge difficulty in implementing their plans through you because you will have better options than to hand yourself to them.
On the other hand, if individuals don't win, wars and revolutions will not do much for individuals. Slavers can own slaves only if slaves have no better option than to be slaves.

  7. video game
    So why survive at all?
Imagine it like playing a video game in first person. "You" are the video game character being played in that virtual world. You don't know you are a video game character, you just react in the world as though it's real. God is playing "you", the character. If God stopped playing "you" you would no longer exist. But God always does exist. God is playing infinite number of video game characters. All of them are not real, and do not matter. Good news is, you are God, you are the player.

  8. Nostalgia
Why do I feel that my past was a lot better when it was filled with distractions?
Everything looks nice in retrospect. Even the shittiest things. Because you conveniently ignore the suffering and egoic restlessness which was present.
Nostalgia is a great trick of the mind.
Also, as a child and teen you didn't have to worry about your survival as much. Which meant you could just BE. Now as an adult you live in the conceptual future all the time, constantly worrying about and strategizing about how to survive. This entire cycle of survival is inherently unfulfilling and disconnects you from BEing.
Be careful not to whitewash how neurotic and unconscious you used to be. How much you used to suffer. It's easy to forget after lots of consciousness work. You literally cannot remember what it was like to be you 10-20 years ago.

  9. school
SAT is bullshit. College is bullshit.
This video shows that SAT measures wealth instead of hard work or intelligence because it's possible to pay a lot of money for best SAT preparation methods that put you ahead of others.
I had a different thought. SAT is bullshit. College is bullshit. As I went through kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school, and 4-year university without missing a single day, I directly experienced the bullshit of the entire education system although kindergarten can be good as a day-care center with a little bit of education built-in for busy parents. There are cases when college and graduate school make sense, but it's not necessary or beneficial for many people.
If I couldn't find an economic way to allow my future children to choose their own education methods, I would not make a family in the first place. Maybe, most people's idea of making a family is a bullshit, too. I'm not going to pour a huge chunk of my time and my money into bullshit.

  10. supernatural
Confusion “conceptual” vs. “Physical” limitation consciousness
I find it pointless to talk about such supernatural phenomena if one has not made the direct experience oneself. Reading about it is too little.
I don't want to claim that it doesn't exist, but it's as crazy as if you function on one level as your program and your admin or programmer intervenes in the program, giving you additional insights, or staining the Virgin Mary, etc.
    It is conceivable. But...

  11. "good government" needs free will
Who does the conscious thinking if No free will?
It seems to me that "good government" still needs something like free will.

  12. social change by the state
    Not knowing politics
    You believe that.
But you don't have any evidence.
It is even the other way around for me. No social change can be made really efficient by the state. Just because the state doesn't know the prices.

  13. moral judgment
    Not knowing politics
    Let's make this simple.
Take some law from the state and check. Is it based on a moral judgment or not?
Truly, I tell you, every men-made law is based on personal morality. It is done without love.
If it were love, then it would only be an offer that I can also refuse gratefully.

  14. crucify again
    Not knowing politics
@kieranperez If that is the warrant to crucify, then crucify again and be crucified.

  15. praying to the state as God
I appreciate Leo Gura more than I used to.
Thank you for that wise sentence.
It should be added that if someone writes much about praying to the state as God and little about love, then that is also the case. Because he produces enemies because of the lack of love. Where there is pure love, there are no social problems, as Krishnamurti teaches. One can address dualistic problems only in the dualistic way and yet simultaneously with love. The differently shaped listeners, who listen without love, send the speaker to prison, to Somalia, to the concentration camp and elsewhere.

  16. "good governance" we have
    Not knowing politics
    @Shiva
Why is that "negative"? That is your rating. Your pathetic ego, isn't it?
You think I'm an ungrateful outsider who should be expelled to Somalia. What a hateful nature it is!
Not only hatred. Where there is hatred, then arrogance and stupidity join.
The "good governance" we have comes from the offices of companies and private individuals serving the unhampered market. Today's prosperity comes from technological progress, not because of government, but despite government. My grand parents were two times in world war because of "good government". The historical rise of the state can be explained by the fact that there is more to skim off than before.

  17. humor
Many forum users will benefit from charisma on command.
More generally, authentic humor arises from the collapse of disorder.

  18. faith of level "blue" taken over to level "yellow", no love
    Not knowing politics
My postings are all meant to be integrative. Not demanding for or against something like "good government", which from my point of view is a utopia, a faith of level "blue" that was taken over to level "yellow". That's why no one argues about it in the matter. You think, "Don't destroy my faith in my good government. I need it. I can't live without it. You have to accept that. The state is right to integrate you, because it knows better than you what is good for you".
And yet you know very well that this is anything but love. You know it! You nail Jesus to the cross. Again and again.

  19. build the roads
    Is Nationalism bad?
Do you think the state will build the roads for us and we can't do this without him?
Everything you enumerate (police, military, legal system, monetary system, educational system, fire department, important regulations, food controls, vaccinations, environmental protection, trade contracts, taxes, nuclear weapons, telecommunications, immigration, airports, etc.) existed, as far as technically possible and reasonable, even before the state.
And there is no objective reason why a state could solve this better. Especially not for 7 billion people. Because the state can only be run by the same people who are there anyway. The difference is only the monopoly of violence. So the question is not what the state is good for, but what coercion is good for. You see, again the answer lies in the question.

  20. anatomy-state
    Not knowing politics
There can't be such a thing as good government. This is the case for anatomical reasons. This knowledge is extremely important to be able to grasp political events. See: https://mises.org/library/anatomy-state
A government is always more or less more a cause of problems, a troublemaker. Investors, for example, call this "political risk" because an investment in a country can fail simply because of unpredictable nonsense in the country's regulations.

  21. local community
    Is Nationalism bad?
Our government is too large and complicated for any one person to understand. Isn't that what is meant by bureaucracy? There's no way that corruption can be taken out of it without simplifying it first. It's pretty amazing that it works as well as it does.
There will never be an elected government that does what needs to be done for climate change, or the national debt problem. They have to be popular, they only get a four year term. There's no long term project... the ones that REALLY need to be done, that can be accomplished by a democratic government that is electing leaders with short terms. It needs to be accomplished by the people, because they have a vision and a love for the world. It's a mistake to think that government and politics will fix climate change or our biggest problems. Those problems are in our hands.
It's a mistake to think that conservatives need to evolve into being liberals, when conservatives are trying (sort of) to address the bureaucracy problem. I think spiral dynamics is very useful and that's how it happened for me personally, but it's really important to remember that they are both two halves that need to be integrated. Republicans and conservatives aren't all stingy, they just can't see the actual good that their tax dollars do. When your taxes are going to fund unnecessary wars, how could you not be for lower taxes? Conservatives and liberals have reacted against each other, splitting themselves into two. They need integration, this is not a war, this is duality and law of attraction at work making them more and more distant from each other.
Having a local community with friends who you barter and trade with is a beautiful thing, especially if you feel like your tax dollars are funding evil. I've had the experience of hiring people who are out for profit and always concerned about any little thing that could cost them money or get them sued. They treat me like an object, not a human being. I've also had the experience of hiring people who do their job because they love it, and are fulfilled in being able to do the work they love and help out someone they love. Those people become friends. You trade with them, you give them food out of your garden, you make friends with their families, you meet more people through them. Government sucks the unique human connection out of everything and democrats only want to more and more of it. They think it's the one solution to our problems and they don't have a more holistic view.
People really like the illusion that they are independent and yet they trust in a system that's too large to be understood by any one person to take care of them. They would rather trust in a system than in people whose eyes they can look into and whose hands they can shake. Their egos are triggered more by a person than by a system. They don't want to put their faith in God but they put faith in their a fictitious and unreal understanding of a government that they can never understand. There's a greater vulnerability required to trust your actual neighbors when you've seen their flaws and limitations in real life. Everyday human connection is everything.
When we put connection with God (Being, Source, Etc) first we act out of love and love connects us naturally.

  22. serious management?
    Is Nationalism bad?
I agree that bureaucracy in itself is not the problem. Every company, every service provider has its own office, which I use when I use its services. Then I also trust the office. Or at least I accept it because of the benefit, even with corruption, if necessary. But the question is: What is serious management? The answer is in the question. If I don't like the product or the service, I leave their office because the exchange is not in my favour. I then go where the exchange is mutually beneficial.
What Leo has in mind is just another way of saying, "I'm allowed to rob you."

  23. Some more thoughts
    Is Nationalism bad?
    Some more thoughts:
    1) Anyone who considers the difference between the biologically embodied knowledge and its consciousness can see that the totally conscious can not be found anywhere.
    2) What biology also reveals is that all individuals can only exist in structural coupling and operational congruence with the components of their living and inanimate niche, and thus indeed the entire cosmos is a web of monstrously animated and inanimate subsystems without which there would be no cosmos again.
    3) Indeed, splitting (injury, causing infirmity, untimely death) so is who disregards system boundaries - even if the system is a being of not so high consciousness (greater blindness, lesser ability to maintain its operational congruence in the course of evolutionary drift) and rather disintegrate ("destroys itself").
    4) Something happens to us from which its potential can unfold. The central question is: are we this potential, through consciousness?

  24. progress through decisiveness
    Is Nationalism bad?
    @Shiva
I'm sorry. But your remarks are so narrow-minded that not even your single argument can stand up in itself. If you believe in progress through decisiveness, then your democratic collectivism is the greatest economic obstacle to progress. I decide every day and every minute alone or with exchange partners freely about my affairs by exchange and interchange. One state by the other. Democracy is one of the anti-spiritual institutions we have talked about.

  25. make things even worse
    Is Nationalism bad?
With this sociological naivety you can make things even worse than they already are.
