Can you tell me how you managed to do that.

Take some time to respond.

You may need to replace your unhealthy addictions with more healthy ones. Maybe sports, reading, gym, music etc...

Thought = Time. Without thought there's no time.

You do what you are: Nothing.

Only an empty cup can be filled... so first the cup needs to be cleaned from all the sludge that it's clogged with, then washed out and left to dry (which means that it will be empty for a while); only after this can it become a vessel for the divine. And of course, it's not up to you to fill your own cup with divinity... it will start to flow in due time. Until then, be patient and trust the universe to drop the fruit in your lap once it is ripe. You don't want to be chewing and gnawing on a green banana, now do you?

there are two emptys, of thinking and of thinker, and the former leads to the latter

seems you got to the former

but not the latter

the nihilism will then give way to fullfillment
