Most of the time our fears don't pan out . It is worthwhile questioning them .

Oh no. Fear is way deeper than that.

You got legit things to fear as long as you care how you feel.

Fear is not an assumption. It's based on direct experience. Why do you fear fire? Becauseit fucking burns, your not assuming it burns

Fear isn't an assumption, but many assumptions are based on fear.

I believe that in the book "Feel the Fear and Do It Anway" (by Sussan Jeffers), fear is defined as uncertainty about your ability to handle something. 

It's been a long time since I read that book.
