long answer:

read further, I answered it almost 100%. My logic: Fruit (incl. Bananas) = good but novices in nutrition eat too much fruit because of the sweetness => more advertisement for veggie. Lemme know if you find this unreasonable

Olive oil. 

I would avoid salmon if it's not organic. Very toxic with a lot of heavy metals but in Canada you can definitely find the good stuff.

Extra virgin olive oil, yeah.

I'm not clear on the technical details but processing the oil eliminates the good compounds.

If you can find a Durian fruit, you will end all other cravings for food.

Some people cant get past the smell, I feel sorry for them.

Think of eggy, fatty, banana vanilla custard :)
