The time I go to bed is at 10:00 Pm (I used to go to bed at 12:00 PM) and get up at 7:00 AM(For school) because firstly teenagers need 8-10 hours of sleep. Here is how much sleep each group needs.

Infant 4–12 months                        12–16 hours per 24 hours (including naps)

Toddler 1–2 years                            11–14 hours per 24 hours (including naps)

Preschool 3–5 years                         10–13 hours per 24 hours (including naps)

School Age 6–12 years                      9–12 hours per 24 hours

Teen 13–18 years                                8–10 hours per 24 hours

Adult 18–60 years                                7 or more hours per night

61–64 years                                          7–9 hours

65 years and older                              7–8 hours

We need a good sleep because our brains sort and store information from our day and as you sleep, your body also uses its energy to make your bones, muscles, and other body parts grow. if you don't sleep well you really weaken your immune system, cause thinking issues, and lead to weight gain. So it's good to have a proper time of sleeping.

What time you go to bed only matters relative to your desired lifestyle or schedule.

I sleep at 2-4 am normally.

But it all depends on what zone i'm in.

Sometimes i have phases where I want to be up at 4-6am in the morning, in that case I'd sleep at 9 -11PM, but 90% of the time I am a night owl.
