Why sometimes is painful/deeply frustrating to see hot girls ??

   If I was on the gaming mission, I would appraoch, cold, cool, warm or hot, it doesn't matter the style, I'd still appraoch.

   However, if I had higher prioritizes, then I approach those goals and not the hot woman. They're a distraction in this situation.

Try it out and see if it is of any benefit for you and if not forget about it. It’s just a helpful way for me to manage sexual energies that arise. I don’t approach every single woman I find attractive.

it's not magical thinking, it's controlling your mind and body.

when you see a hot girl you start to feel something. where do you feel it? how do you feel it? do you block it somehow? does breathing deeply help with it? can you move these feelings by breathing? 

dont just believe what's written, experiment.
