If you’re paranoid about your health, then avoid it. It’s better safe than sorry I guess -- but who really knows?  Sounds like you're trying to veer on the side of safety. Shrimp, salmon, light-tuna have “low” levels of mercury, so interpret that how you will.

I’m gonna cut tuna entirely and maybe supplement some chicken into my diet but I’m also not sure about that with all the strange feed they give them and hormones as well as how they treat their animals. Maybe there is true free range chicken meat at the health food store.

Most of that shit they give animals is stored in fat, so eating lean meat should be healthy.

It defnitely says yes you can use ALA only if all you need to chelate is mercury. ALA e3h for a bare minimum of 72 hours straight is the foundation for the protocol. Plus copper control. And long rounds are best.
