I'm currently wondering if I should continue to put a number of hours as an objective. Most of the time I don't work 30h / week, most of the time I'm between 25h - 30h. Sometimes I feel like I'm doing a lot of progress by working less than 30 hours, other times it feels like I'm not doing that much even if I work 30h+.

Intensity, decisiveness, and quality of work seems more important than the number of hours I put in.
