I'm going to make a small change to my organization.

Instead of having a break on Wednesday and Saturday, I will work from Monday to Friday and take the full weekend off. I feel that slicing the week in half doesn't give me enough time to properly recover from the labor. I'll maybe have a bit more energy by doing this. Let see how it goes...

Starting from tomorrow, I will add these items to my daily checklist:

  • Cold shower after waking up
  • No social media until 7 PM

I noticed that I work much better when I do that. The most difficult thing will be to cut social media, I will have to force it and suffer through it.
