@Shin Back in Europe I used to be allergic to some pollen. My hand palms would turn patchy with red and white. It stopped when I moved to Florida. What's the name of the plant that's bothering you? Feel better soon.

It's not soon, it last 45-60 days every year.

On the long term I will move in an area of the world where there is none I think.

I can't live like this all my life, it's just too annoying, especially when it's so hot outside, it stacks with it and makes me even more tired,

Cases of leading by exemple are starting to show themselves.

My dad, after seeing me not eating anything in the morning, and just once a day the saturday, wants to do it too.
Didn't try anything on him, just explaining why I'm doing it when he asked.

I didn't expect it to be so easy.
Meditating all day (till now), was a breeze.
Except the first hour, you just totally let go and stay peaceful as fuck.

I probably should do this every free day I have from now on
It's not like there is anything more important to do.
6 hours to do the rest of my habits and having some fun is way enough anyway.

If I find my balls I might even do self-inquiry for half of the day, but they are still missing for now
Maybe Kriya Yoga as replacement if I still insist to be a little girl, I still didn't try it

That’s a good book.

Psychedelics not meant to work as a fixer drug like anti depressants or something but it has been known to open up new possibility/truths never considered or fully understood. And it’s also giving you access to a world never before seen and experienced. I didn’t have a good trip but the experience will never be forgotten, so I’m open to try again ?

I'm not saying I never will, or that it's a trap, or that they can't help, or that they are not useful.

For me it just feels like I'm not supposed to take them, at least not now.

It's not a moral issue, and It also doesn't feel I'm avoiding them by fear.

It just doesn't click in me for some reason ?
