@Shakazulu Oneness means that everything occurs is equally true. It's ok to be angry as much as it is ok to be happy. There is nowhere to go, nothing to become because it's all one, you are already it.

I don’t. Believing a thought = meaning.

One means there is only One (It, God, Consciousness) and that is everything. That is what unites us and makes us One.

@Shakazulu You can't actually comprehend oneness with the mind. You need to pull your awareness away from the mind. Oneness follows once you stop believe in the "i am-the-body" idea.

I am already abiding as awareness ALL DAY for more than 2 years. I know others who did that and got liberated anywhere from 1 year to 30 years. I Wonder how it is for you.
