Is it possible to go backward on the spiral dynamic? Or one could only go further?

Being what you criticized, what you hated, what you fear.

Youre not usually in one stage at all times, you have different amounts of color, you might be a little Blue alot Orange and some Green

You can regress to lower stages, in the book it says you can descend if something traumatic happens but you wont progress backwards so to speak if youre mentally well.

@Soulbass Yes it is because yellow starts accepting the parts of itself it had to deny so that it could become blue, orange and green. By the time you get to turquoise you're not trying to make sense of experience anymore because it's so complex. But the reason that they call turquoise mission peace in an unfathomable world is because turquoise knows that accepting all of reality is all that it can do. There is no longer any fear of others because others is actually themselves. You can't really regress at the higher levels because you already know too much, like learning a skill you never really forget it. But you don't look down on anyone else that is lesser depth of consciousness because that would be looking down on self.

It has to do with creating your own reputation instead of piggy-backing off a lengendary musician and visionary.  Especially with how vocal you are.  It’s just not right.  You’re no John Lennon.

John Lennon is one of the heroes of music and of culture.  It just doesn’t sit well with me considering how opinionated dude is while using Lennon’s picture.
