Triggered Gender Movement

28 posts in this topic

Triggred feminist relationship advice channel

This channel is part of the triggered gender movement.

Most of what she says applys to both genders but shes paid to play the victim card and frame it as a womans only issue.

All her comments are filled with angry woman hating men.

As if they are not part of there own problems... one sided relationship example The more she plays up the "superior gender" card the more they love it.

Alot of her videos are her early years of dating having bad experience... yAAAAA we ALL DID THAT. but she attributes her experiences to MEN ARE BAD. lol

Unhealthy men and woman are highly emotional and manipulative and play all the games under the sun in equal ways.

How can you not acknowledge woman can also be absolute devils in relationships? And just one side the gender war like this? Both genders are devils...

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

It is definitely balanced in favour of women. Men do some pretty horrific shit to women on average, worse than what women do to men on average.

Not to say women are innocent in gender wars, of course not, but it definitely isn’t one of those cases where both sides are equally bad.

@something_else I think your flattening the view to violence statistics.

I mean… yes? I feel like that’s quite a reasonable thing to do.

It is, in these conversational topics.

@Natasha Tori Maru @something_else

A unhealthy man and unhealthy woman are equality devils in relationships.

If a man is more likely to do violence does not change that.

And i have been slapped in the face multiple times, trust me i did nothing, every time i didnt see it coming at all, or else i would of defended myself.

Slap from a man is different than slap from a woman. Lol

What if this is just fascination + identity + seriousness being inflated into universal importance?

This topic had nothing to do with violence or abuse... im talking about unhealthy relationship patterns.

  • The man sits on his as after work and doesnt help with the kids.
  • No communcation skills
  • No emotional self-regulation
  • Attributing your happyness to partners activities
  • False expectations
  • Screaming
  • Micro-managing
  • Life style conflict
  • ....
  • ....
  • ....

  1. Men are disproportionately responsible for certain forms of serious intimate partner violence. There is substantial evidence supporting this.
  2. The statistics do not establish that: Men are inherently more dysfunctional relationship partners than women.

Yes, but we must be mindful about getting triggered into the gender war as well.

Don’t let the polarized content get to you. See it for what it is.

Also, be willing to see where they are still right. Truth is truth, doesn’t matter where it comes from.

The only thing I'm saying is every experience she is communicating, there is a reverse gender version of it happening at equal frequency.

Men are living out the exact experiences she had in reverse.

And I'm talking about non-abuse, non-violent relationships. Which is the main focus of her channel and the whole gender war.

Unhealthy people is not the same as abuse and violence. People are mixing all this up.

I understand.

The gender wars are full of bias. Which is what makes them so triggering.

Why does this ☝️ seem so impossible to communicate to most people?

I dont know what causes people to think there relationship problems are gender specific, probably victim hood games. Heterosexual woman dont date woman so they dont know that woman are EQUALLY 100% self absorbed just like the unhealthy male counterpart they experienced.

I feel as though my comment below also answers this, so I’ll quote you too.

And I'm talking about non-abuse, non-violent relationships. Which is the main focus of her channel and the whole gender war.

But you cannot just select the subset of relationships that fits the narrative you want to portray and ignore the ones that don’t. Domestic violence rates are more even than you’d expect, sure. In 40% of cases (last time I checked) the victims were men, which is not a huge disparity.

However if we look at severity stats (in my country, Scotland / UK), women are roughly 2x more likely to experience severe and sustained domestic abuse, 4.5x more likely to experience domestic sexual abuse or violence, roughly 2.5x more likely to experience stalking / controlling behaviour from an ex or current partner, and several times more likely to be killed by a partner too.

These are not stats that you can just ignore. Especially when combined with general sexual assault or harassment statistics, it should be possible for you to empathise with why so many women feel this way about men, even if you don’t necessarily agree with one particular woman’s take.

I am guessing this annoys you because you know that you yourself are not one of the men who would do this kind of thing, so you are being judged by the actions of other men and this feels (understandably) unfair to you. This is because you are a good man. It does not mean all men are good, and I think you should be able to empathise with women who have a fairly negative sentiment towards men rather than just dismissing them as crazy or biased.

There's also group dynamics and being part of a community and fighting "the good war" and it mixes up with feminism. Hating things is a fun social activity lol.

Many relationship problems are gender specific

The point i think your making:

  1. Yes, men and women can both behave badly in relationships.
  2. However, men are responsible for a disproportionate amount of severe violence.
  3. Women therefore have legitimate reasons to have more negative experiences and perceptions of men.
  4. Consequently, you shouldn't dismiss women's negative narratives about men as simply gender bias.

I watched alot of her videos on the channel, She didn't experience violence in any of her relationships. She just experienced loser men that she dated. She was a people pleaser that centered men in her life and had no boundaries at all.

There are just as many channels dedicated to the male one sided gender war, of men hating woman. It comes from there experience dating woman.

I think it’s fair to criticise her specifically, I don’t think your broader point of dysfunction in relationships being equal is as fair though.
