I Turned 24 Today!🇺🇸🇩🇰 - Understanding Leo’s Teachings to Actually Living Them

Hey everyone! 😄

I just turned 24, and I wanted to share something I’ve been experiencing lately.

I’ve been following Leo and Actualized.org for several years, and I've noticed an interesting shift lately.

I’m slowly beginning to actually live and embody what Leo/Actualized talks about, rather than just understanding it intellectually.

I’m from Denmark, currently studying and working in tech and AI (IT Consulting). I’ve spent years building a solid foundation in the material world - education, career, relationships and independence.

But what fascinates me most is exploring consciousness, Love and the nature of reality.

Lately, I’ve started seeing more of myself in others, appreciating every experience and becoming less attached to outcomes.

It’s as if life itself is a Playground to practice Love. A Love Simulator ❤️

I haven’t had any psychedelic breakthroughs (have only tried MDMA once.) and I’m not claiming to have fully realized these things. But I’m beginning to experience some of these insights intuitively in everyday life. Through the years of conceptual understanding (through age 16 - 22).

I’d love to connect with more like-minded people, especially in Denmark or elsewhere in Europe🌍

Anyone else experienced this shift from intellectually understanding these teachings to living them?

It take many years just to understand this stuff intellectually, before you even begin implementing it.

You're still very young, so you're way ahead of the herd just by knowing these ideas.

I spent much of my teenage years (16–22) absorbing almost all your content. Then I took a break while going to Uni, building a business, playing high-level tennis and now building my career in tech-consulting, building relationships and independence.

These teachings have been maturing in the background, and now they’re being integrated and lived.
