Ok so moral of the story. Enlightened beings still can get triggered.  But they know the difference as to whether or not they want to submit to the triggers and let them trigger them. Enlightened beings know the difference. But..whether they want to listen to the difference doesnt make them less enlightened

I'm still confused as to what being triggered means?

Letting something bother you.

It is not clear whether we are acting from irritation or creation through.

If it was from creation it wouldn't bother you would it?

Simply rage? You act like rage is rain from the sky. Who is causing that rage and why? Obviously rage is reactive. You are raging at someone for something.

I don’t agree an emotion by itself is „reactive”. I sense that by your understanding/definition all emotions are reactive, not just rage. „What is causing that fear and why? Sadness? Joy?”

Lately I’ve been feeling emotions in their pure form more. It doesn’t matter what the story behind them is. What matters is that they are, and feeling into them.

When I feel rage, it’s a blessing. I welcome it. I felt it recently a bunch. It was interesting for sure. Something I didn’t experience in a long time.

I love this :x

Radical allowance moves the emotion faster. Letting myself feel into emotions with no resistance is changing my relationship to the emotion itself in a way. And many of my old emotions are no longer reacted to and acted out. Just responded to, inspected with less judgement, and swiftly moved through.

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

To truly love something is to grant that thing freedom. It is to hold it in an open, outstretched palm of your hand without clenching over it.
