It told me that I’m severely autistic and suggested speaking to a therapist . 
reading the questions, it looks very much introvert vs extroverted test , not autism . A huge chunk of the questions are about social skills .tho I know introverts are generally more autistic than extroverts.

This could also be simply from lack of experience.

That test does not consider that social skill requires years of experience to develop. Many young people just lack the experience to be good socially.

Extroverts naturally build the skill from a young age because they enjoy socializing.

The reason I am not great socially is because I don't invest the time in it to gain massive experience. I got better things to do.

Yes I agree . I live alone and the highlight of my day is basically from home to uni , from uni to home . I have few colleagues who I hang out with in the weekends but I’m highly introverted and I find myself when I’m alone more than when I’m with people. I find socializing a kind of acting . 
I recall you saying you’ve done thousands of cold approaches so obviously you’re good to go .

No, that is not enough.

Mastering social skills requires much more than a few thousand cold approaches. It takes 1000s of hours of experience. Extroverts just take it for granted because it is natural for them. You don't count the hours of things you enjoy.

People whose job is to talk with people forget that all of that time is socialization experience.

We who work from home don't get that.

well, for me I’ve always had social anxiety ever since I was a kid in school . I have the genetics of a homebody I guess . But working on it . But without showing up , I think I also have better things to do .

@Someone here If socialization is not your natural strength then you will never master it nor should you try. Just upgrade it to a decent level and focus on your strengths.
