But for someone who is loose I think kriya yoga can actually be too much.

Interesting to think about.

I mean you are forced to keep producing new ideas new stuff everyday or so. I don't know if it is something that comes spontaneously or is it something that you are obligated to keep doing. Since thats whats needed to keep this thing going the Actualized.org.

That is why I took a lot of time off from making videos the last few years. It was important for my development.

Mad respect for that. Almost no creator would have the creative integrity to do so.

I don't know if this counts as a bias but you don't emphasize enough the impact of surrounding yourself with the right kind of people. Not everyone is built for the solo mode and I'm learning more and more how much I need people in my life, despite my heavy heavy introversion.

For a specific kind or character,  having a tribe or tight knit group is personal development on steroids and the main reason why they're stuck for so long. They insist on going solo when what they need is a high quality peer group

Go build or find your squad folks.

Upvote. I am like this as well. I spend a lot of time solo as a deep introvert but the truth is I want a solid group of like-minded people.

How have you worked on this @mmKay? Personally I've moved to better cities with more like-minded people and create events to connect with each other in mutually beneficial ways.

I notice that in all of your content you almost never talk about shadow work and psychological trauma, even though these are huge parts of the path for many people.

Your bias in this case could be that your path didn't require you to go deep with these topics, because as I recall, you had a pretty good upbringing overall.

Do you hesitate to discuss these topics because you fundamentally don't think they're useful? Or because they don't feel relevant to you? Or something else?

Upvote. People with relatively smooth childhoods are simply blind to the shadow aspect. They mostly know it as a concept, not a lived experience and a thing to work with.

It's a real bias. But I don't know if Leo can realistically address it as authentically as he'd like. He has put out some videos on emotional mastery and a couple of deeper shadow work videos. I didn't find them as helpful as CPTSD books or letting-go courses; having that DEEP direct experience with it makes all the difference.

"The arrogance". Its fine for me, I dont get offended or put off by it, but when I send your videos to others, they are usually averted to them usually point out the arrogance. So if you want more followers, changing it could help. Maybe also the claims that you are the most conscious person ever :D it could be true but thats a strong claim.

Also I am sometimes surprized by the negativity, sometimes even the hatefulness in your blogposts.

same. His arrogance made the videos more alive. More personal and fun. It felt like:" I tell you what I feel I want to tell you"  not "I keep myself back as much as possible so I don't offend the kids"

Everyone is offended nowadays. If you breath the same air as them they will say that a single speck of your saliva ended up in their throat and complain.
