Lets live an epic life

I am listening to music as I get inspired to write this. I just want to win in life, not even to get something out of it, but just to know my life was more then just a bleep in this world, like most people strolling through life. I want to live my life and think back "that was epic". I can't settle for less in my life, I have never been able to fully settle for a 9 to 5, never have been able to settle for the normal life and now I am not settling on my dating life. I think this is ultimately what actualised.org is about, about creating an epic life. Not for others, but for you, to look back on your death bed and think this was a journey! Most peoples life is not a journey it is endless stagnation and I recognise this in my own life many times, even "progress" can be stagnation, just something to runaway from pain. But what I write here is not running, this is inspiration, I am inspired to make my life epic and I hope you make your life epic too. I don't want to resonate anymore with low stuff, low bullshit, because that isn't my full potential, my full potential is smashing it in real life, fully alive, fully being here, fully confident, fully actualized. That is what inspires me today. Thank you. Will you live an epic life with me or will you let life pass by?

But this shit is hard sometimes, and I'd say most times. Deliberate living requires extra care and smarts. Also management, since time and resources are very limited. But besides all that, we're all here for exactly what you describe, so keep going!

Thanks . Motivation is essential. You need to be fully clear about your purpose in life and fully understand how to get there . you also need balance between motivation and proper expectations. Because to be above the average class , the average Joe who is just dicking around with his life (especially if you start the journey from this position ) you need to understand how challenging and difficult it is . It’s hard to be able to push yourself outside the comfort zone always .

If we take the domain of health , let’s say you want to be at the optimum health possible , are you willing to give up refined carbs and sugar forever ?  If we are talking about dating , are you willing to spend more time in the weekends flirting with women who are very attractive and therefore very selective of who are they going to date ? If we talk about bodybuilding, are you willing to endure at least 10 hours in the gym per week and force yourself to eat a diet in which every snack Should contain at least 25 grams of protein?  Etc . Dream big . But for achieving greatness you are going to need to understand that you have to suffer for a decent amount of time to build the life you want , in any field . And unsurprisingly that’s why few people have ever achieve anything epic in life .
