I'm not sure it is only love-bombing in cults, in my experience, and I'm not talking about here -- it also includes very rigid thought-bombing.  We are not a cult here.

Leo's videos helped me escape blue spiral dynamics stage. I believed in god(christianity), nationalism and traditions and death(when I had doubts about christianity the next thought was the death is permanent). Now they seem laughable to me. 

I am forever grateful, if I hadn't find these videos I would be full of anxienty and bad ideas. 

That doesn't mean I agree with everything Leo says or believes but my life would definitely be very bad if I hadn't seen Leo's videos. I am glad this forum helped you escape a cult.
