Vyvanse. Absolutely number one, no question about it.

Is that a suppliment or a drug?

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

Zinc is involved in so many dopamine functions (synthesis, direct receptor action). A high dose of zinc (e.g. 30 mg of zinc picolinate/bisglycinate) can actually somewhat mimic ADHD medication (but be careful with getting enough copper if dosing high).

This is interesting and I want to research it more. Never heard of this one.

Nootropics for me. For so called normal people it is an illegal drug.

When I was taking 30 mg zinc picolinate and just a standard multivitamin and my vitamin D + cofactors stack, I was dialed in like a mf, but I didn't like it because I couldn't really relax and my body feeling was weird. I think that had more to do with the multivitamin than the zinc though. Now I just take 15 mg zinc along with the vitamin D stack (and omega-3).

It also somehow made me think quite differently, like in this autistic left-brained way, and I also think it made me less refined and less careful, like making too quick judgements (going deeply into something requires staying with something and being relaxed). I also just missed that kinda softer right-brained way of thinking which I also think can be more effective in many ways.

Whatevers in things like steroids and heroin, is in dark brown sugar, like... if you wanna focus, add some to your vitamins and minerals, and then hold it on the back of your tongue for like 1 minute, and thatll act as a focus, centre, plus youve got zinc for the day or watever was suggested (zinc might be the one that *foams* when it wet w saliva tho, so u prolly cant keep on tongue, unless im gettin it mixed up w sumthin)

Alternatively, Caffeine + L-theanine or omega-3, As im pretty sure zincs the one that foams... i realized that, you prolly dont want straight vit., minerals for focus, but rather stimulants and things like this, otherwise you are just looking for healthy things, like things for dinner, when the body best is rdy to absorb that stuff

Avoiding all scented products in the air dramatically improves focus.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

I have the habit of going on a 10-minute walk after every meal, and if I don't and I sit down and try to work, I'm all over the place, complete chaos lord, can't gather my thoughts, jumping tasks, can't commit to a task, can't find a structure to follow. I think many people with ADHD symptomatology could actually be helped by simply lowering their blood glucose after a meal.

The idea that kids get hyper after eating sugar is perhaps not such a big myth. Imagine what you think is an illness could just be about feeding your body carbohydrates and trying to fight the impetus you've created for moving your body after putting it in such a state.

Blood glucose and adrenaline are essentially parallel processes. If you think you're restless because it's just innate to your genetics, maybe first try to calm down your nervous system by stabilizing your metabolism.
