For myself nowadays, when I remember who I AM I just feel a huge sense of relief.  The "holy shit cosmic event i love everything" portion died down for me as I integrated the lessons.

Yes! Sometimes it’s just THC, sometimes it’s THC + CBD. I just follow my intuition and use what feels right in each moment.

That and the do nothing method worked for me.  I will probably start meditating again.  I prefer the concentration meditation the most.  Make the Buddha dance.
