What is actual is the substance of reality. As in your computer/phone that you are using to interface with this forum and us in this conversation and what exists and can be experienced. 

Enlightenment is figuring out that your are a video game character in reality. Not like an NPC but like a playable character which you are playing right now. We are playing ourselves at a deep level and some of us are playing the hardcore mode and killing people but God decided to tie together beautifully into duality eventually collapsing and human kind uniting itself and creating world peace slowly but surely.

The point is there's no single official definition of enlightenment

Right so we shouldn't use vague concepts to debate, we should use precise definitions and results in the real world otherwise we are based in hypotheticals instead of being powerful agents of impact in our own lives and mankind as whole.

Yes that's what I said, many enlightenment teachers just say a bunch of nonsense and what they teach doesn't translate to real world results which is what matters otherwise why are you learning a bunch of nonsense that won't help your life? 

I gave you the definition I believe is the most useful to understanding the topic and how it impacts you as an individual. Most of what I've heard about spirituality is way too convoculated and confusing so I boil it down to the important parts and try to communicate it in an understandable way.

The field of consciousness will be there forever but you can stop calling it "my perspective" , that's my two cents. Like animals, they are the field of consciousness but there isn't an "I" to claim it, and because of that there is only perfect flow, perfect presence.

Anyways. As far as no self goes -ah it's odd that you think you can have an ego but nobody's home.  My claim is that the you is embedded into your current state of consciousness but if you were to lose such a state you would lose your..... And I mean all of you. It would be difficult to even post here. There would be a lack of the sense of you. Almost like a robot just going through the motions.  You would essentially be depersonalized.
