No. Only, attachment to thoughts doesn't happen, thoughts, feelings arises and falls. Thats all.

Body has it's own destiny, what will happen, will happen.

Of course behavior goes through a refinement/purification process.

I'm not saying you become perfect, but there's definitely a change.

Certain things don't piss you off as much as they once did.

Consequently you're able to be kinder to people etc.

Things become lighter.

If there's no change, how will Love express itself through you in ever expanding ways ?

But yeah I'm not saying we should deny ourselves human connection. I do think the whole purpose thing is transcended eventually. Which is why you'll here teachers like Adyashanti say, there's just no agenda with him.

Adyashanti has been working very hard as a teacher and writer.

I think that human being always aims in a certain direction. Look at Buddha; he attained enlightenment and then founded a monastery, a school, his life had a purpose , a vector. Life is always evolutionary, never static.

The point is Adyashanti wouldn't get depressed if he stopped teaching tomoro.

He's not dependent on some sense of purpose.

Then why is he working hard? Im not saying that he's working to build a character, that's stupid in anyone, but any life without direction or purpose feels sterile. You can live without it if there is no choice but if you can you will expand yourself, evolve, help others to evolve, I think that's the nature of life.

It is interesting though, that if AI eventually lives up to it's full potential and nobody has to work anymore, then people will need to deal with that.

What you ultimately are has no direction or purpose as such. Yet it is unconditional freedom, unconditional love, infinite beauty, already.

Forget the love.

Love is simply Being what You already are. Not expression of kindness or saying I love you.

Kindness or anger is the action of the yhe body.

Yet, you are right in this. Anger is not hold or sadness, but as happiness.

Emotions, feelings are like clouds. Sky never changes.

And definitely, lightness of the body and Being Free.

Totally Free. No expectation whatsoever, therefore no future, nor past.

"It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows."
