Something I’ve learned in life and from this form and you have to cut through peoples bullshit. Cut through Leo’s, and everyone else here.

This is really powerful information which cleans up so much online bullshit about online fitness. Me and my sister speak about this stuff and it’s good to see Bryan putting it so cleanly. It’s inspiring to me.

I am learning that, expecting others to see things the way I do isn’t worth while. Reality is swimming in an ocean of shitty opinions. When you find gold or true signal you gotta stick with it. Bryan’s work is gold. Most of Leo’s work is gold. Holden Qigong is gold. And others. Brendon Burchard is gold.

Health, fitness, spiritual development, personal development, high performance. This is gold.

I WILL develop a clearer perception than 99% of people. Including you. Even Leo eventually for a lot of areas of life. Leo has limitations I see. He’s part of me not the whole.

People judging instead of creating is bullshit. Leo, is great. But, the fact he’s a jerk sometimes makes me not respect him as much as I used to. I have mixed feelings about him. But, I’m aware of not having much information.

Byran is making quality content while Leo sits on a chair with a dirty shirt and talks to the camera. They aren’t doing the same thing.  Leo’s insights are obviously the value but… it’s not like he’s doing quality creativity beyond that.

Yeah? Well he doesn’t and it’s been years now… his hands look fine… I saw a post with bruised hands but it didn’t look like his hands so maybe there is a photo going around trolling people. I’m not sure.

You should watch the podcast about the court case relating to this I linked above.

@Natasha Tori Maru I can check it out. But, also it’s clear she was working with predatory lawyers to get money from him. Asking for huge payouts in exchange for not going public. They did this multiple times.

Of course he isn’t all good. However, good people do exist. There are tonnes of public figures who has leaves fairly decent lives. Just because we live in a perverted age doesn’t mean everyone is a weirdo.

Like, Bryan Johnson’s current relationship is extremely public and appears to be going very well. Odd for a guy who is a weird pervert hey? Doesn’t add up.

@Thought Art It's not a hit piece (the one I linked) - I've seen all the main clips of him including the one above you linked.

Like I said I am obsessed with Bryan as a sort of case study, I've researched all sides.

Defence isn't needed - having a nuanced ambiguous opinion isn't a bad thing. It's generally the more intelligent and mature assessment.

@Natasha Tori Maru  My goal is to have a mature assessment. I don’t assess him as a weird pervert guy. It’s clear the case has been judged and the matters dealt with siding with Bryan and showing malice and contempt of his ex fiancée.

I have nuanced opinions about everything. This should be obvious as I am a follower of Leo’s work. I’m open to all humans being complex and full of good and bad. However, I consider Byran to be a man of high value, integrity and someone who is pursuing his life purpose with love in his heart. Someone who genuinely wants to serve and be of value to the world.

It’s a very high life purpose he has, even if flawed. Cleaning up societies understanding of health and fitness, sleep, nutrition, and supply chains is a very practical thing.

Leo says his work is practical. It’s not. Only for a niche domain of God realization and deep philosophical, epistemological understanding and awakening. All that is the highest life purpose for sure. But, to 99% of humans it’s useless. For now…

But, for most of humanity I’d say getting serious about health and longevity is important. Old people tend to end up governing. Is clear to me health, food, sleep, exercise and having loving role models is impotent for future generations. We want healthy presidents, tree teachers, co-workers, bosses, friends, partners. Because healthy people in mind, body and spirit are far more likely to function properly and not create shit hole societies, workplaces, government systems, etc… does health mean someone can be evil? No… but, I’d bet healthy people who sleep well overall are more well balanced and less likely to distort their thinking in weird twisted ways assuming normal genetics. Who knows what our food supply, information and social media ecosystem is doing to us, poisoning us, killing us. We are swimming in a sea of corruption and bullshit.

Bryan is displaying it and making it known and showing healthy path forward. That’s his role.

So fuck Leo and his shitty attitude frankly on this matter.

Hey, I’m deeply flawed. Leo is. Bryan is. We all are. But, that to me doesn’t matter because everyday we can grow. I see that in Bryan.

Disagree - I am sure Leo would tell you I am as pragmatic as they come. I have found God realization and deep philosophical, epistemological understanding to have greatly increased my output at work, and reduced suffering in the process. To the extend I enjoy all my time. At work, folding laundry, eating a meal, cleaning the toilet. There is no where I would rather be than in the present moment. Leo's work helped with that - as well as all of the supplementary work from other teachers.

@Natasha Tori Maru Yeah but you are rare.

Awakening has helped me in the same way. I can foresee deeeeeep levels of maturity are in my future.

What Bryan is doing is far more practical and accessible for most people. Having healthy cells that make up our society is important.

Human evolution and development requires holism. Leo does his thing, other people do theirs.

I say collect your bag of goodies.

1. Models of reality

2. Systems for living

3. Your update and refresh rate

also, plenty of people have spirituality. They just aren’t as deep or infinite as Leo.

Same for me (as in, I see that for you).

Bryan is putting out a good message - totally agree.

I'm not saying it will happen, and it's been 2 years, and the raw vegan look takes 6-8.

He has not proven himself yet with science that would only be true with time.

The science hes doing is on himself, he is the experiment.

2 years is nothing.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

@integral

N of 1 science is really the future. But, it’s balanced with meta analysis of course and longitudinal studies. They aren’t mutually exclusive. It’s a tricky balance but analyzing your own unique health, and creating your own unique health protocol is central to what he is teaching. This is common sense.

All of his supplements he sells, such as Creatine ( the most studied supplement in the last 25 years) have so much science and research on them.  So does sleep, so does exercise, so does nutrition. So, your point isn’t accurate nor does it hold up.

He says the vast majority of longevity protocols we already know, and are cheap and accessible and doable for most of us.

Health, is always and has always been N of 1. It’s that way in Vedic science, Chinese medicine and new emerging sciences.

2 years is definitely long enough and I know plenty of people who eat plant based and do fine and look fine.

It’s health, doing what works for you to be healthy. Look at your own data. Be honest.

Anyone saying is is untrue, is a moron. (Not calling you a moron but making a strong emotional point).

If the “raw vegan look” is a look developed from mal-nutrition… that doesn’t take 6-8 years.

Referring to your content recently.

You know how I see you. The greatest philosopher in human history.

But, in your videos you are, truthfully sitting on a coach holding a phone with dirt on your shoulders. It’s simply true.

Thats the way you packaged your recent insights. At least some of them. I just made that comparison because Bryan is really packaging things nicely.

Of course, your main body of work looks and sounds amazing is my favourite content on YouTube. I am just being a bit rude to you because, if that’s how you wanna act that’s the forum you breed.

I could list a long list of my imperfections, problems with my own work, my own philosophy, my own corruptions and short comings of which there are many.
