What's going on with that woman

She is witnessing first hand the most advanced and interesting product in the world and she behaves very strange. Not interested at all, self absorbed, she asks stupid questions and somehow has a passive aggressive behavior the whole time.

Can someone explain that?

It seems like shes just being a normal human and you want her to be animated.

Also look at her body language. It seems like she is hiding something, her body language is closed from the beginning.
