Way to deal with my neighbour

Forgive me if this topic is not relevant to this sub forum,

But I'm trying to find a way to deal with a volatile neighbour. She lives directly above me in a building with six apartments in the block. She claims to have schizophrenia, yet I think she uses it as an excuse to behave in any way she chooses. She is extremely (and I mean EXTREMELY) emotionally reactive, with very little provocation. She has assaulted me before.

I have tried my best to give off positive vibes, but she is quite deranged and threatens me frequently.

She seems to want to make my life a misery, even though I have been exceptionally kind and accepting of her behaviour.

@Monster Energy tried that, but I think she is actually attracted to me, so getting involved with her in any way shape or form has been a huge mistake. At least I've not slept with her 🙄

Would it be easier to move than to deal with her? Otherwise consider your options.
