Leo please post more practical life advice or motivational speeches on the main channel. The ones you have already are gold

Preferably more conscious motivationals, with less negative motivation or shaming old people for starting late in favor of the youth...

ok ill do this also. Idk if this is something wrong on my end but clip #112 The Principle Of Being Proactive seems to be a video of some orchestra performance, not the actual clip

Hmmm... must be a typo in the link. I'll fix that.

Thanks for reporting it.

Is there any new material here or is it just the same material newly created?

I will be posting longer content in the Vault as well. Videos that are too long for Instagram and TikTok.

I just recorded a 20-minute long clip which will be posted in the Vault soon.

So the Vault will consist of shorts but also dozens of original longer videos which won't ever be shared on social media.

I am often way too limited by Instagram's 3-minute long format. So I plan on making many 5-15 minute long clips in the future to add more value to the Vault.

@Leo Gura

I really appreciate you making the vault.

I think it reduces the friction for content/insights to flow out of you.

I think the paywall to throw away the Riff Raff is a good thing because it creates more space for a more serious audience. And creates more freedom for Leo to censor himself less and say it like it is.

Also I think just the vault lowers unnecessary standards that Leo can impose on himself. (Yes, the lectures Leo puts out is a beautiful performance and a work of art, but that creates a lot of friction to output content as it has to reach a high enough standard. So having an outlet for the more random haphazard insights is a great thing. The blog also has been great for this.)

I think it can open up opportunities to answer questions at a greater depth.

Leo, I'm curious if you're open to suggestions or requests to speak on certain things.

It's a mix. There is re-treading of insights from my long YT videos, but also entirely original insights and ideas, or framing them in new ways.

If you go into it expecting 100% new ideas, then you will be disappointed.

The Vault is not essential, it is a bonus feature for fans who want more. Like a backstage pass to a concert. You don't need it, but if you love the band then you will enjoy it. The Vault is not intended for lukewarm people but those passionate about the work.

Yes, this is precisely the case.

The Vault allows me to release more content than I can on YouTube because the prep work for long YT videos is very grueling and unsustainable after a decade of doing it. The Vault solves the sustainability problem for me.

Yes, I am open to any topic ideas. I can easily cover topics in The Vault, unlike on YouTube because they are much faster to create and I need thousands of topic ideas. Taking requests for YouTube videos doesn't work well, but for clips works much better.

My understanding of this domain is so deep at this point that speaking about it is effortless and even fun. Like playing a video game.

I could generate 1000 clips in a month. The hard part is keeping them all oraganized and publishing them all.

I spent more time on publishing the 330 clips than on recording them. To render and publish 330 clips is a grindy pain in the ass.

The current organization of numbering clips with a related title is adequate for me.

I would like to encourage you to find some sort of more efficient alternatives to reduce the grind of that. Like for example, finding a middle way where the rendering isn't even needed because the camera setup has done all the work for you.

To be frank, for me personally, I just care about the insights &  the audio quality, not the video quality.

Unfortunately that's just not feasible. Every clip requires at least a bit of editing work, titling work, rendering work, copy & pasting work, uploading work, etc. Posting raw videos looks too unprofessional.

The overhead on rendering and uploading a video takes more time than recording it.

But it's not too bad. I have a few ways of managing it.

Understood.

I remember this one dude named Stephen G Pope outputted a lot of content around making your workflow with video creation far more efficient. He has a Skool group and such. Using AI tools and utilizing workflow setups.

Thought it wouldn't hurt to mention it.

My process for these clips is quite efficient. I am satisfied with it.

I can generate 500 clips per month. Not that I intend to keep that up.

So it is at least 100x more efficient than YouTube.

It's exciting to see such a creative outburst this year, back to interviews, the psychedelic retreat, the actualized.org vault. I encourage you to keep getting out of the box!

As food for thought on this vault, consider ways to optimize, automate and make it more scalable. This could be a great business branch but without the proper architecture quite a pain in the ass over time. Setting the right system is crucial for the organic growth and value generation process of the Actualized.org clip vault.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

I agree with this!

I think the short form clips are a good low barrier of entry to begin some content. Easier when we do not have good energy levels, and, in my own experience, these small tasks snowball into higher total output. Action retrains habits. Action builds momentum. Action shapes thoughts and feelings. I never wait for inspiration.

Paradoxically, I find doing performing many small tasks (squeezed into the day), injects me with a compulsion to drive harder at my larger projects. These smaller tasks act to build momentum and motivation, and I end up with MORE done, greater capacity and output.

For this reason, I disagree with users who express consternation regarding smaller clips like this 'robbing' output and progress in Leo's larger projects.

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.
