I've discovered I have a brain tumor.

Fortunately, I have a supportive family and girlfriend, and good health insurance. My tumor is low-grade, meaning it's not aggressive for now. It's been difficult not training, as it was the activity that brought me the most calm and a kind of meditative state in a life that already had certain difficulties. I'm having to rethink all my plans, and the doctors haven't decided whether to deal with it surgically or not (since it's an area responsible for my central nervous system). I'm a little sad because I had just gotten a job after a month of searching, and I might have to leave it in the future because the tumor could cause fainting spells and spontaneous seizures. I want to finish the games I'm developing as a hobby before I die if the worst happens. What can you recommend in this situation? I'm not angry or afraid of death, but I've been very worried about the people I love because they're suffering from this. There's a bit of catastrophic thinking when I think about them, because my situation might improve.

It's difficult to accept such things.

Hopefully you can find a medical solution.

But if not, psychedelics are a powerful tool for helping reduce fear of death.
