Would NL or Brazil be alternatives?

NL:

5-MeO is really not a scheduled substance, but not legalized either — gray zone. Not sure what the consequences would be if someone is caught carrying out a retreat with such substances. Probably not worth the risk.

Brazil:

Ayahuasca is legal only inside a religious ritual context. There would need to be...

The ones that I think would have no legal risk in NL are magic truffles and Salvia divinorum leaves or extracts, thus Salvinorin A.

The most famous platform is https://retreat.guru/ Although most of them are quite ritualistic or stage green, so search a bit more for the gold.

They can say that they are using those substances for research purposes. 😁

But joking aside, if something goes wrong at the retreat and it goes out of control, even if the substances are unscheduled, Leo will probably go down as a criminal psychedelic cult leader. 😬

The only things that I think he won't have legal issues with are truffles and salvia in NL if he wants to abide by the law.

After some brainstorming with Claude, it turns out even territories such as the Moon or Antarctica have legal jurisdiction (you carry your own country's law with you, or the spacecraft's flag state's), and the only truly unclaimed land on Earth is Bir Tawil, a patch of uninhabitable desert between Egypt and Sudan that neither country wants.

Anyway, this is what an Actualized.org "World Tour" would look like:

For his retreat, the negative side of truffles would be that psilocin builds tolerance, the psilocin/psilocybin content varies in them, and the ingestion of sclerotia flesh.

In the meantime, I'd really love to attend an Actualized.org retreat or meet-up, even without psychedelics.

I hope you'll organize something like this. I think it would be incredibly valuable as well.

Truffles are in a way quite rudimentary, but we can't get too perfectionistic if that leads to the stagnation of valuable projects.

One way to get around both issues would be to buy a significant amount and make a tea off of it.

Reduce variance and eliminate the fiberish bits.

Could also do the classic "lemon tek" for the extra peak 🚀
