Would NL or Brazil be alternatives?

NL:

5-MeO is really not a scheduled substance, but not legalized either — gray zone. Not sure what the consequences would be if someone is caught carrying out a retreat with such substances. Probably not worth the risk.

Brazil:

Ayahuasca is legal only inside a religious ritual context. There would need to be...

The most famous platform is https://retreat.guru/ Although most of them are quite ritualistic or stage green, so search a bit more for the gold.

They can say that they are using those substances for research purposes. 😁

But joking aside, if something goes wrong at the retreat and it goes out of control, even if the substances are unscheduled, Leo will probably go down as a criminal psychedelic cult leader. 😬

The only things that I think he won't have legal issues with are truffles and salvia in NL if he wants to abide by the law.

It would be a great experience too. I do hope Leo finds a way to make a psychedelic retreat happen.
