For me, it’s pointless to talk about this to those people not conscious of it. Sanity for me, is keeping it to myself, with the exception of people of the same ilk. Like here on this forum.

for a long time i felt like i couldn´t talk about these things with people...

slowly but surely i feel like it´s time to share these ideas

more and more people are becoming Conscious

Its not illusory, it's real, but you can dissolve the separation expanding your mind without limits then being limitless. If your mind is limitless is one with what is, there is no difference.

There is no separation already. If it’s real then it cannot be dissolved in the future.

"When you get very serious about truth you accept your life situation exactly as it is. So much so that you aren't childishly sitting around wishing it were otherwise. If you were confined to a wheelchair you would just accept it as how reality is. Just as you now just accept that you are not a bird who can fly."

@Someone here - only now i read your quote and i actually have a cousin who´s currently confined to a wheelchair 🤯 since her accident we´ve shared insights on acceptance and how fucking brutal it is (from her vantage point) to accept that she´s so young and can´t walk right now, and still we always choose to shift our awareness towards Love...

i have to explain lol

basically my current grounding is accepting what arises in the moment and i ask myself what is the moment asking of me...

i know this is all conceptual because in the there is no way to control Reality, only complete acceptance  and surrender...

but i still feel the need to ground myself (the body) in daily activities like wake up, brush teeth, make coffee, drink coffee, read, journal, eat, work, exercise, sleep, repeat... you follow? hahahaha

i was just asking like what are your hobbies, what makes you feel grounded? lol

Creating & developing my Life Purpose.

Cleaning up my apartment.

Going for walks.

Training my body.

Being present.

Contemplating.

Music (listening, singing & composing).

Writing.

Visual arts & designing.

How does it feel for you personally, now that you’re conscious of it?

For me, it’s both brutal and heavenly at the same time. And I have absolutely no idea how to explain that to another human being. It’s like I’m conscious of living and dying forever, and that nothing started this IT

And because nothing started it informs nothing can stop it.
It’s both terrifying and beautiful beyond belief.

There is separation as an actual structure, it's how the reality is manifesting itself now. Denying it as an illusion is a closure. Spiritual narcissism. If you fall in that, you are closed.

If you go to the sea and put some of the water into a glass, would you say that the water in the glass is not separate from the sea, that it is an illusion? Why would you need the idea "illusion" to point something that is happening?

First I accept that I am insane and that's the reality of being here. That said there are two things to do. Live normally as far as the insane deem normal. Get out of here alive. Both are full time occupations. One body the other mind. As for body then, just enjoy like all other normies, have fun, laugh and joke and smile. Do the funnest thing available. What body does has no bearing on the mind function. What exactly is the mind function? Forgive the following trio as each arises: ‘I will be the doer,’ ‘I am the doer,’ and ‘I was the doer,’ and in so doing use no moment to construct a separate self.
