*This new trailer looks interesting. Cool scene mentioning the Roswell incident.

@LoneWonderer I saw that post - I felt the trailer might deserve its own thread (and then begin a discussion when it's out!)

Spielberg absolutely crushed the Back to the Future trilogy, and more. I have faith in him.

In this wacky UFO world one of the more outlandish claims is that certain Hollywood movies and directors have been part of an effort to bring about disclosure over a period of many decades. I think it was Spielberg that was photograped with the director of the CIA during the filming of "Close encounters of the third kind" (I may be wrong on which film and director it was). Honestly he's probably just feeding into all the UFO hype and releasing a cool film but stuff like this does get your mind thinking along conspiratorial lines... let's leave it at just that, an interesting observation.

Some people say that he is. That would explain his deep interest in the field, but that's just a speculation. 

Let's see, maybe he discloses some of his personal alien stories as well after the premiere.

But I think the movie itself is the attempt of disclosing his own stories and experiences, or just beliefs 👽

If it wasn't clear to some from this latest trailer, the apperance of the animals such as the deer and the bird is the aliens messing with the little girl's perception. This is a common described experience of experiencers where the beings change a person's memories but often in strange ways of the events that took place.

Final transition scene in latest trailer from a deer to an alien was amazing.
