How do you cope with not understanding reality?

I need to find a solution to my obssesive need of understanding reality. It could be as simple as finding a hobby (assuming that's a solution). 

Or it could be ''stop thinking these thoughts till they no longer come to you''... I don't know, anything that could help. 

 

I really believe I can overcome this need, all I need is guidance

Enjoy not-knowing and discovery. The process of truth-seeking is exciting and rewarding. Savor the discovery process. You don't need to have all the answers today. The journey to Truth is as important as Truth itself.

I am obsessed and proud of it. Holy cow I just want to know what truth is in every domain in life. Crazy? Yes. You need to be crazy for the truth. That is it.

Think about it as a process, not as a fixed something

You're speaking my language! I found starting doing spiritual practices every day helps. It will simultaneously make you less worried about understanding reality and raise your consciousness so you will understand more. Win-win!
