Like bro, just meet your subconscious and ask some questions about yourself, the next day you will feel enlightened with much clarity.
I am not saying your gonna experience awakening but meditation will be frictionless, your fears will shrink and confidence will rise.
You can even make imaginary friends, make them extremely wise and ask them questions and it will 100 percent help you.
Lucid dreaming is when you are god and you have full control.
This guy is my fav youtuber, besides him there is also 'exploring lucid dreaming' but that channel doesnt upload anymore

Try MILD or WILD. MILD is easier and better for beginner in my opinion.

MILD : when sleeping keep repeating some mnemonics like "I am going to lucid dream today" while falling asleep.
WILD : wake up 4-5 hrs after waking up and then do MILD.

I did MILD today and tried summoning my subconscious, when I turned around it was actually a shadow monster who beat the shit out of me and I woke up lol.

Maybe if you listen to binaural beats constantly you will start to lucid dream, has anyone tried this?

If you lie down to sleep/nap you can have OBEs from them. I've had two that way.

Raduga's method (The Phase) is way more effective though. I've had thousands that way.

I lucid dream last night for the 1st time and I did via laying in bed with my eyes closed asking myself questions about my life for like 30 or so minutes before I went to bed.

@Michal__ I was laying in bed and my imagination or thought would come then I would say, what about that please expand. Then I would expand on the thought with 0 resistence. Then once it stopped, wait if it comes up again expand on it more. Keep doing without saying this is good or bad.

I saw a picture saying meditation is thinking so I tried it and suddenly I was in a lucid dream.

Contemplation of what the imagination and mind are saying. Not reality, but the self.

Wait for imagination to drift allow scene to pay out then question it.

When we dream, we are manifesting a reality. When we are aware we are dreaming (lucid dreaming), we can control the dream.


When the secret is revealed to you, you will know that you are not other than God, but that you yourself are the object of your quest.

Yes, that's the sweet spot - between dreaming and awake. 

If you want them more often you should really read The Phase, it teaches OBEs too.
