I get the ick from Brendan Lea. I have listened to a lot of his stuff on Youtube.

He sounds a lot like a brainwashed crony trying to replicate Peter. Mannerisms, intonation. Speaking pace. Phrasing. 

He legit sounds like a mini-Ralston with no original mind. And he may not, since I do not think Ralston would tolerate someone so close to him that was pushing back or challenging him. I do not know why I cannot tolerate Brendan. He has some good stuff to say. It is an issue with me that I cannot receive it from him. But I am 100% okay with being yelled at through the internet by Peter

One issue is that I could talk in such a way, and say the right things, that you would believe I've had any kind of awakening. So we can see that this is a bit of a bitch. We could end up mutually validating each other's beliefs without realizing it. And then whatever's actually true would suffer, so to speak.

Brendan is a good guy. I am friends with him. But he does not think for himself or question Ralston, he's just Ralston's yes-man.

It is not a matter of pretending.

If you were conscious of what Love is, you would understand that Ralston and Brendon are not. So your stubborn defense of their position reveals your level of understanding on this matter.

You can't pull a fast one on me. But nice try.

Of course you could act like you knew what Love was. But you are not even trying to do that.

There're various reasons for why certain teachers might become popular. One of them, I'd bet, is that people can't really tell what sounds good from what's real.

It is painful to see. What they do is simply judge the impressions made on them, and their reactions to what's being said.

I think this is my only issue with him. I cannot listen to someone who I think is not original and earnest in delivery. That's not to say I might not listen to someone who was full of shit. I can be fooled that way like a twit, and I have been. Caught by vibes.

But he appears like he has the opposite of sovereignty of mind.

Why would I listen to Brendan when the juice can come from Peter himself

Consider that you might be guilty, to a degree, of spreading this kind of attitude , one that invites people to become followers (despite the necessary warnings telling people not to believe you). Or does it not?

There are people right now, as we speak, self‑assuredly believing in all this absolute love thing. And they likely think they're not believing something and essentially deluding themselves. It does feel good, self‑validating, and great. And you virtually take them at their word when they add any word in uppercase letters accompanied by "Awakening." Like with the absolute colors nonsense. What is this about?

Of course. Not fooling yourself is precisely the point. You can't be a sincere "liar." Again, I can distance myself from any one person or teacher, it's not about that. I might sometimes come across as righteous in some people's eyes.

But it's not so much about defending any one position as it is about destroying that kind of attitude in the first place. See how, in people's eyes, this easily becomes a matter of choosing either Y or X? Like picking a religion, essentially? 

Despite your warnings, people still end up believing your little world-bubble. They might not realize it but they adopt your particular conceptual framework and take it as an absolute.

Again, this is just a weird conflation. Why bring up particular activities in relation to something you hold as absolute? An absolute doesn't care, so to speak. It makes no distinctions between one thing and another. It's like saying black holes are absolute space. Sure, space contains everything, but why single out one particular invention happening within it? Are you trying to imply that a combination of the elements found within some "thing" is what makes up that thing? Why would it even occur to you to choose those things other than as rhetorical devices? 

You could be just as radical by teaching people that cauliflowers are absolute. They're as disgusting as genocide, too. People would start having Cauliflower Awakenings. 

It seems to me that many of your "absolutes" sound an awful lot like relatives. 

And also, look at how people end up generating a worldview out of this.
