Sure, go ahead. You0re the conductor. Some practice will be needed, but start gradually. For example, can you meditate for five straight minutes? Or read a book for half an hour without interruption?

Keep in mind that this concentration business is more about what you don't do rather than the other way around.

meditation, psychotherapy (as most of ADHD comes from trauma), read Scattered Minds by Gabor Mate, try to focus on enjoyable tasks as much as possible (documentaries, films, books). And general personal development. I managed to fix ADHD and maladaptive daydreamining,  it takes time, but it is possible to fix it.

I saw a video where Drk said that ADHD is actually hyper concentration. You can hyper concentrate just not on things people are telling you to hyper focus on. He said ADHD should skip the begginers meditations and go to the advanced levels.

ADHD people cant really finish something so counting mantras is bad for them. You just do it for as long as you want dont focus on numbers or time.

You get distracted because you are being gaslit into thinking you need to do something a specific way or a specific time frame. Ignore all of that. A ADHD person is already in tune with their breathe and emotions and are very sensitive to them.

Meditation we are taught is for the retards thats why we dont like to do it its like learning to draw a circle when you are already da vinci. Da vinci will say fk this shit is boring. A begginer will be like this is complex.

Life is trying to put you into a box and you instantly are looking for boundaries to break the box by instinct. So dont put yourself in a box just do it whenever you want however you want.

This is why they normally suck at school school is trying to put you into a box and the adhd is like no.

Every single thing this society thinks is a disorder is not a disorder. School is a disorder.

Someone with ADHD is a discoverer thats where they get their power and excitement so when meditating try to think like you are trying to discover something. Focus on feeling not thinking.

You already know what you want to focus on and when you find it you hyper focus on it.

Like when I learned about conciousness I hyper focus on it. I spend 12 hours a day studying it for 5 years non stop. A regular person would lose their mind. Someone with ADHD can do this when they find something that interests them. They find a topic and complete it and at the end is God. But the trick is you cant finish something unless there is no end in sight.

For me my ADHD was hyper focused on death before I see conciousnes. A normal person couldnt understand why I was focused on it and no one could help me. I hyper focus on the one unknown I have in my brain and it led to something unbelievable happening.

ADHD isnt a attention deficit its automatically sorting the bullshit out you dont need to focus on. Your retarded teachers would think of this as being disobedient and mental problem but they have the mental problem. Its hyper intelligence. Science and teachers and societal authorities dont like it so they label you as something you are not to make you try to change you and gaslight you into thinking you arent good enough. You are more than good enough you are better than them.

If you can get rid of all these attacks you have been gaslit into thinking you will automatically live life like you are dreaming. You will see it was already happening to you but you were gaslit into thinking something was wrong when you are hyper intelligent already, everyone else was the problem.

People with ADHD have less of an ego than others. You are running off Gods intelligence. You are like a hunter in the woods with a bow an arrow. Your skills are focusing on energy. Not math language or emotions. If someone comes in the room you can feel it. If you were in the woods at night and there was someone there you would be the first to notice them via your energy sensing abilities. Like a super sayian his power levels over 9000! How can they know that? Thats your super power.

This is why its important for ADHD people to be in flow state and understand flow state.
