What do you really want?

Is there really anything you want more than love?

Why would you want millions of dollars, a beautiful girl, health, etc., but have no love? All those things have no value without love.

Think about it, everything you do, deep down, is because you long for love.

 Well, put simply like this, yeah, but love devoid of any object is so abstract. As a human with material needs, just "love" seems like an unattainable intellectual abstraction.

The material things I want seem really necessary for happiness from my pov.

Of course. But it can materialize in many ways.

I would posit that everyone is really looking for peace rather than love.

Love is fleeting and dependent upon circumstance, whereas peace can be accessed at any time.

In other words, one can't rely on love.

Bliss and Ecstasy, I would want these things more than Love.. You only want Love to feel a "sense" of Bliss, as Love means TWO, it is mostly about You and someone else or something else as ppl can luv their car, house, vacay spot and other things...

I've created a scale of sorts, 0=Peace, 10=Ecstasy, Love is 8, Bliss is 9, its all about Intensity of Emotion and Experience, as Bliss/Ecstasy are not Emotions, but Love is!

I think it's just a matter of words and semantics, maybe one can have an experience of Love that is even higher than Bliss and Ecstasy. But in the end if we are talking about the same thing, words can never do it justice, they are just pointers
