I do note that he has contradicted himself a few times - during this:

https://www.youtube.com/live/aYx26pQu-o0?si=3IdE9XzHfYBFWdiG

he states he does not do any treatments for 'looking healthy/aesthetics' but he actually DOES. What is really at stake for him to hide this? Some form of shame? Something is being hidden...

I just see it as coming from a strategic standpoint of "you look frail and old -> negatively impact project", and when you first are on that train, why not do it well? I haven't made much out of that, but maybe my gaydar is off again.

I shouldn't psychoanalyse people as I do it too much and it can be rather... unwanted lol. But Bryan... even his philosophy is poor. The fascinating thing is he is a good communicator and very charming/charismatic + warm. I am shocked this is fooling people.

It is literally like Theranos v.2 level fooling! But he has some more legit shit going on.

I know you like him Carl so I hope this doesn't offend you.

I find Bryan strange and entertaining. Probably because I am a busted freak of nature also :P

I think "Don't Die" is a wack ass name for a philosophy that is essentially ancient eudaimonia dressed in transhumanist Ray Kurzweilism. My "like" for Bryan is mostly me arguing back against people's kneejerk reaction to spending more-than-usual time on your health and why it's not as irrationally obsessive as they portray it to be.

@Natasha Tori Maru he is still a marketing guy who is not authentic but he is trying to do so as a blender. If you don't understand his actions, look how it affecs his brand.

I get around it - I see the benefits of what he is doing... I also like how deranged he is.

In my view his attention to health is neurotic level (because he is losing touch with nature through some of his methods) - but when you look at his 'powerlaws' and general message it is more useful that not. I suspect he may even have/had an eating disorder. These can manifest in strange ways during the recovery process.

I agree it is not irrational or obsessive to be health focussed or spend time on health. I am really into it myself :)

It is far easier to trick someone, than to convince them they have been tricked.

Sadhguru says hes insane.Severly mentally ill.

5 grams a month wont do anything its the weakest amount you could take. 0.167 grams per day. May as well not even take it or mention that you are taking it.
