The best time to meditate

10 posts in this topic

From my experience the best time to meditate or practice any spiritual things is around 3 AM. During this time your "soul" becomes the most active . And this is not new age bs ..because there is something called the biological clock. For example your body releases melatonin as soon as the sun sets to prepare you for sleeping..and testosterone reaches its peak around 8 AM..and that's why most guys wake up with a boner in the morning. So every timezone during the day has its own suited activity. From my experience as a night owl I can assure you that past  midnight is the time where you can tap into your spiritual aspect or call it whatever you want . You will get the deepest insights if you contemplate during that time .the stillness and the quietness that comes before the rat race begins (3-5 AM) is when you should spend some time alone . And you have a right to spend some time alone . Spending some time alone all by yourself can literally cure depression..cure suicidal thoughts ..cure craziness etc . If you live with your family or friends or any kind of roomates you should definitely leave the house every other day and sit alone in some park preferably late at night when there are not that much people hanging out and just sit alone and watch what will happen.

Have you ever tried a couple of puffs of marihuana before meditation? Id say that in your case it could be powerful, a rupture point . If you smoke a lot of weed you get confused, but only a touch make the walls of the psyche bit smooth. in your case it could be enough to the real expansion .

Kindly explain what has that got to do with OP and welcome back brother. Thanks.

Good . For me it's not exactly the morning but the dawn. Good luck 🤞.

Sunrise and sunset are good. The solar clock of 5-prayers-a-day in islam is also good rule of thumb. Those moments are a bit more conducive for spiritual practices.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God
