Should I eat clean 100% or allow myself to cheat meal sometimes?

I am a natural bodybuilder and I eat clean food 90% of the time I would say (chicken breast, red meat *not all the time, fruits, oats, vegetables juice, rice, potatoes, etc..) But sometimes I like to do a cheat meal once every 2 weeks. My question is:

Should I completely stop eating junk food, unprocessed food for the rest of my life like cut that shit cold turkey or should I let myself eat bad food here and there?

Do you avoid whole vegetables?

Being 100% isnt sustainable or necessary, like sugar in moderation isnt hurting your health much. 

I have a ritual that whenever I buy groceries I allow myself to buy a sweet snack, like a chocolate bar. That way I can indulge sometimes but I dont have it at my house needing discipline to avoid it. 

And I try to reproduce the sweetness kick with some healthy recipes myself. When you invest a lot in healthy cooking you can make some really delicious and healthy sweets.
