the end of mind chattering.

I can temporarily stop my mind chatter if I place my attention on a sense perception (for example by focusing on object in front of me)

Maybe I’m still thinking when I do that but I just don’t notice hmmm

But I don’t know how to prolong that silence. And I don’t know what would be achieved if I prolonged that silence, because I don’t find my mind disruptive

When mind stops, universe stops. And Truth shines.

Isn’t it the same just with a quiet mind lol. In the gap between my thoughts is the same as when I think or am I wrong?

"Quite mind" is still a mind activity.

Maybe, you or universe are the accumulation of thoughts?

Just non stop dikhr or mantra 😊

@Breakingthewall @Sugarcoat The point is actionless, stillness, which is based on no expectations.

Any questions, understanding, learning, thinking, experiencing is based on action, which is based on expectations.

Maybe it works for you to get total openess to your nature, maybe for another works dancing salsa.

What I mean is , stillness and that is not essentially different than action, could be necessary in some point to change your energetic structure, but it's not enlightenment itself

The birth, life, universe is the action itself.

Truth or enlightenment is the completely opposite of it.

So, you are saying, life is enlightenment?

That's a duality between enlightenment and form. A denial of a facet of reality as false in opposition to another as true

There is no duality.

No. It is realization that action or will is an illusion. However, if one is attached to action, then there is a opposition.

Actionless is realization of there is no opposition.

No. It is realization that action is an illusion.

Then there is duality between reality and illusion. Do you know where this comes from? From the meditative Buddhist tradition. According to it, you have to force the mind to stop, since its movement is an error; it's falsehood. Silence, on the other hand, is truth. This way, you reach a silent state in which you repress the psyche and, with it, suffering. This is normally supported by the idea of reincarnation.

Whoever cuts off their mind in this way usually does so in search of a better future, even if they won't admit it, even to themselves: better reincarnation or nirvana (I'm not saying that it's your case). Given the obvious duality of stillness and movement, it is affirmed that movement doesn't exist, and thus the problem is solved. But movement exist. Calling it illusion is meaningless imo

Actually, I am trying to say is; There is duality in reality and illusion.  Therefore, as you mention below, silence state belongs to duality.

Therefore, that mediative Buddhist tradition is misleading.

Never said no self at all just said that my self dissolved to significant degree (not completely). It was much denser in past. I had fears now I have no fears except physical pain.

I have a quite subtle self now

If someone creates a condition for 'x' to be...whatever it is you prefer to call that 'x', enlightenment or awakening or liberation or god realization or whatever, then it is you who puts that condition between it. It isn't there if you don't create that separation from it.

So if it's mind chatter or emotions or ego or suffering or whatever one would say is the condition that keeps them from it, is what keeps them from it. Without placing that condition in the way it isn't in the way, it doesn't serve as the obstacle that separates.

It is also the same with suggesting there is only one way or some specific circumstances to be it, then it is the one who believes it is this thing then it is them who has that which they created for themselves. Not anyone else though, to say it is this way for me so it is for you is creating imagined obstacles for others.

Someone might say to me aren't you creating that condition for others? I'm not creating the condition for others to abide by, I'm just pointing at the presence or absence of them.

Are you ok with your house burning down next week, or your parents dying tomorrow? Are you okay in being homeless? Or going blind because of some condition?
