You have to realize that that could always be the case. There is no way around this. You could also be wrong about being deluded.

If you choose to be lost in absolute skepticism, that is your own choice. Notice that is something you are doing and choosing.

In the end you must take a stand for something. You cannot just be this neutral, confused, uncertain entity. Life forces you to make choices about what is true and what is false.

Grow some balls and make a bet.

Don't forget. Your absolute skepticism could also be delusion. In fact, it is, since your compromising with devils and idiots.

The devil wins when you are confused and don't believe there even is a truth anymore. That's victory for Trump, Putin, and TIK.

Thanks for this response! This helps me a lot! You know what it would be useful to me? A model similar to spiral dynamics for ranking perspectives and opinions from least truthul to highly truthful! A model like spiral dynamics makes me very sure of myself when I use it! I just don't feel that I am using it right by validating as truth and something as falsehood depending of how high that certain perspective is on the spiral! Right now any perspective that is rooted in Red and Blue I downright reject it, and I am overly skeptical with anything at Orange, but I never question Green and Yellow perspectives!

But you don't need to be a libertarian to want balanced budgets.

I like balanced budgets. Any sane person should.

Yes! But right now both Trump and AOC & Sanders don't care about deficit spending! Trump because he wants less money collected from his rich friends, and AOC because she wants the government to do everything for the citizens for free!

Why are you so attached to winning him over? That's the really issue here.

I want to convince him out of his belief that Hitler was a leftist because in a way I want to demonstrate to myself that all the inner work that I've done can materialize itself by being able to correct somebody out of his self deception. To me it is a matter of life and death the Nazism subject! And people like TIK threaten my survival by being so wrong that he believes Bernie Sanders is the reincarnation of Hitler!

Look, the reason it threatens my survival is because people won't know how to avoid electing the next Hitler because of people like TiK! Putin's fascist army is at 500 km away of my house, all my friends hate and demonize Ukraine and want it to lose and surrender to Putin, all the alternative media is filled with propaganda that demonizes the EU and Ucraine, and when comes election time and Putin wants to put a puppet far right president and government in my country, because of people like TiK, people would believe that the opponent of the far right candidate is the actual nazi because the opponent is a progressive! I am really scared for my life, for real!

No, no, no! This is exactly what you do not need.

You need to learn to take responsibility for deciding truth for yourself, without appealing to any model or system or person or me.

YOU are a Soverign Mind. Only you can decide what is true and what is false. Do not look for a shortcut on that. That is the core work.

See video: How Authority Works. You have not yet learned that key lesson.

@Elton I would tell you to contemplate how you plan to be personally developed when you don't deeply understand the social matrix your development is taking place within?

I don't have a magic book for you. Understanding society takes a lot of reading and thinking.

My question is, Why aren't you passionate about understanding society? Since you're living inside it all the time. You're not curious to explore the house you live in?

could the lack of this knowledge be the problems I'm facing always in my life with dealing with people all the time???

That sounds more like a lack of relationship and social skills -- a separate issue.

Ok! Thank you so much for your answer! Indeed I realized I have forgot to watch that video 6 years ago when it released and I never watched it! Thanks! 👍

@Daniel Balan I saw that you repost posts from Joe Lampton. He’s one of the worst guys to follow and take advice from. Not much better than Tate, if not even worse. I followed him a few years ago as well and even met him in person. All I can say is that he’s completely full of shit. He might say some things that are right, but most of the time it’s very basic—like if I were to tell you that you need to drink water to stay hydrated. Stuff that you may not necessarily think about, but which makes sense if you read or hear it.

Of course, I’m not someone to tell you who to follow or not. If you don’t take everything he says too seriously, and you can filter out the bad stuff, you can keep following him. But in my opinion, you don’t need that. However, I wouldn’t recommend that you repost his posts anymore, because that only gives him more reach.

I made a big mistake reading the Osho book of secrets, which I picked up because of the book list. @Leo Gura did you finish it?

Why do you think that? I find its one of the best books on the topic. Full of insights and 100+ diverse techniques of realization.

@Unlimited I hate that Joe Lampton guy with a passion. I know he is a horrible person. I follow him since 2019. Although he is a horrible stage red person, I follow him because he is everything that I lack! I admit full disclosure that I am very soft! He is tweeting about the stage red healthy aspects that I need to embody within myself! If you look carefully I never retweeted or liked his toxic masculinity stuff! Only the tweets that I found that would make me less soft! I would follow Tate too if he wouldn't promote bullshit schemes from dawn till dusk! The truth is, me personally as a soft man, I have a lot of stage red aspects to integrate from Tate and Joe Lampton! Thats why I follow Joe! I have over 300 screenshots in my phone of healthy stage red/blue/orange tweets from Joe Lampton and Tate!

I don't recall that.

I don't know.

I would suggest searching for an ENTP book.

I found an ENTP book , which is pretty rare, and within the second chapter it was saying my dominant function is extroverted thinking 🗿

I think I'm gonna check out that INTP book.... good mbti books are rare and good ENTP books seem nonexistent .

The problem is that it’s way too long, and there’s too many techniques to keep track of.

I love it, it’s quite possibly one of the most profound books I’ve ever read, far superior to any book of the Bible or the Quran, in terms of the spiritual value and wisdom I’ve gained from it.

But 1,300 pages? 112 meditation techniques? How do I even begin to keep track of it all?

@Husseinisdoingfine Yeah, that's why I didn't finish it. It's there as a resource.

You shouldn't read everything cover to cover. Stop reading when it stops being useful. Read the parts you need.

Yeah I think sticking to one or two is best. Usually to calm the mind I do meta for 10ish minutes , loving kindness, feel it connects me to love which I'm severely lacking , and then I either do vipassana or shiktanza (do-nothing, pretty much similar to vipassana with more open ended field of focus). Like if in vipassana you're picking one sense , maybe sound, with do nothing you're doing vipassana on the whole field.

Although for a daily practice I do wonder if I should learn sadhguru's technique, because 20 minutes of daily meditation might not do anything, but 20 minutes of isha kriya might do something. And do vipassana / do nothing on retreat when I have tens of hours to practice

The fact that you can openly admit this already shows courage—which means you’ve already started to integrate some of the positive aspects of stage red.

As I mentioned earlier, Joe Lampton isn’t much better than Tate. He’s a scammer too—just to a lesser extent than him.

There are better alternatives for that than their tweets. For example, the Life Purpose Course of Leo. Even the quotes in there are better than anything either of them could ever say. If you don’t want to spend money, start watching Leo’s videos from the beginning. The most important part is to actually start doing the practice, and not to get lost in the theory. How many more tweets do you need to read to actually do the work? And I’m not saying that you are not doing anything besides reading tweets. But it all boils down to going out of your comfort zone often enough, until you automatically become less soft.

Besides that, being soft isn’t a bad thing at all. In fact, it can even be better than being tough in some situations—like when you’re talking with your mother. I’m also more of a soft person, but I’ve learned when it might hold me back, and I try to adjust accordingly.
