To accept is to choose between accepting or not accepting. That's a choice. Thought you said "you never had a choice".

@Sugarcoat For human relation suffering Instead of saying I love everyone say I hate everyone. Suffering is extinguished except for pain. If someone is rude say I hate this person if someone is nice say I hate this person.

You dont even have to beleive it just say it and you will be freed from human relation suffering.

Very difficult just to look at someone's face without judging them. I agree with you, James. Being able to hold the other in your *center of awareness* WITHOUT the usual judgements & expectations, AND WITHOUT your own mental clatter, can change much more than the universe...

No joke, I think hojo method work. In heat of moment, when notice yourself playing social game, reassure yourself that you hate all these people, that you have nothing to prove them. 

This is really love, which is why the word hate is problematic, but anyways, all I'm saying is Hojo got a point, and it's crazy it kinda works lol, "hating" people.

Works because it is such a recontextualization from wanting to prove to them something or even caring about their attention LOL

For me, when I started to gradually realize oneness, to slowy dissolve ego, some questions came up:

• Who am I trying to impress?
• Who am I (potentially) cheating, lying to?
• Who is acually judging?
• Who am I afraid of?
• How do I believe it's possible to hide ANYTHING?
• Is it even possible anyone else is NOT feeling what I feel right now?
• What's the best, most authentic, most loving, most caring action I can take right now in the interest of all?
• I am part of all, so how can I create WIN-WIN whenever, wherever I am conscious, whenever I am able to?

Not sayin I am doing that all the time..I likely fail as often as I succeed..but it's a direction I am aiming for.

If you "think" that there is a woman, than there is a choice. If realization happens that there is no such thing as thought, choice is unnecessary / vanishes.

I'm not saying there is choice; I say it all the time and even write about it that there's no free will and choice, you're saying that too but in the same breath telling someone to accept which is a call to action and requires choice. This joke is so prevalent that it's playing one on me right now because you don't even have any choice in what you're saying but I'm telling you there's no free will and choice but trying to correct you in the same breath as if you made the choice to say what you did. It's utter madness what's happening here and if we don't keep the charades going we'd die, so we keep this shit up as a way to maintain the status quo.....thoughts that is. Thats what's trying to hang on. Never mind. Say as you wish.
