Is the heart chakra related with masculine confidence?

@Emerald

There's two things happening at once with the chakras:

1) New age group-think, which does create some consistency as long as you stick with sources that share meaning-making. It often feels coherent, until you test it

2) Large amounts of inconsistency once you actually dive into the specifics of people's intuitions, interpretations, protocols, results and diagnoses. There's no way you can't really verify or falsify any of it

This is also not limited to the chakras. The chakras are just one case of this larger dynamic within new age thinking.

And it goes On and On, On and On"

Recently watched a documentary about Kundalini and it was said that the chakras are symbolic and not "real" stuff in human bodies

IMO reality is much more fluid than it seems and a lot is projection

Which brings us to some very interesting metaphysical questions.

Are the chakras “real”? What does it even mean for the chakras to be real? Does it have to be physical and 3rd person objective? If only a small percentage of ESP practitioners can detect them, are they real? Or are they metaphorical?

Also, do they need to be real? Or is it enough that they just serve as a useful map?

These are heavy questions that most new agers do not significantly grapple with.

Yes, exactly. The guy in the documentary said sth I liked:

"Doesn't matter if real, only matters if helpful or harmful"

Considering placebo effect for instance, real becomes blurry anyway, doesn't it?

Re mind, believes etc: Use the map to make help you determine next step, and then throw it away. When lost again, create a new map because unlike physical reality (trees, stones etc) that are quite constant, mental maps are outdated very fast

It's actually the middle-most chakra, where the Feminine and Masculine connects.

All the chakras above it are Masculine and all the chakras below it are Feminine.

So, it's the only chakra of the 7 chakras that's considered both Feminine and Masculine.

This can't be true. The root Chakra which is below the hear Chakra is not a feminine chakra

The Root Chakra is Feminine... as are the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras.

The Feminine is related to physicality and Earthliness. The Masculine is related to the intellectual, non-physical, and spiritual.

The same is true in all archetypal systems.

For example, the Feminine elements are Earth and Water (the physical tangible elements)... while the Masculine elements are Air and Fire (the non-physical intangible elements).

Consider why we call the Earth "mother"... and you will understand why the Root Chakra is Feminine.

A mental self-talk who is mean again one self will trigger weak, droopy oral expression.
So if this self-talk stops to make way for something more neutral/positive, the voice will automatically become deeper and, above all, more powerful and full.
Without forcing it by using techniques, which never works; just the concept of self.
