The problem with solipsism as a belief is that neurotic minds start freaking out that others don’t exist. No, if you can look, speak and talk to them they exist. Relax. Don’t go creating freaky conceptual fantasies and stressing yourself out. 

Yes everything is one, but that oneness contains individuality with their own autonomy within that oneness. The problem with the word solipsism is that it excludes that individuality. Therefor, it is a redundant and misleading label to describe reality because it's only partially true. Not wholly true.

Yes. All pieces are one. But those pieces have their own sovergnity. When one piece dissolves in nirvana, the rest of the pieces don't disappear with it as solipsism would imply.

I don’t know if I agree. I would say for “others” to exist solipsism actually need to be wholly true. There is One Mind operating the show. There is a single frame in reality in which all others exist. Infinity has nowhere to hide. What you think are your eyes are infinity. 
 

Self and other are concepts. But, this discussion doesn’t change how life is to be lived. If you are a jerk to other people you will face societal consequences.

Solipsism is a shitty belief.

To the extend solipsism describes the oneness of everything, it is true. When solipsism begins to deny the sovergnity and sentience of another part of creation, then solipsism becomes not true anyomore.

@Thought Art My purpose in talking to people about God is to try to awaken them and it is doing something to him. We are here to find God via words. I am not trying to harm anyone . I didnt cry anything and I'm not bullying I said no names I want him to see God. I had no idea he was mentally ill. I am mentally ill too the difference between me and him is I see it and he must see it to grow he is scared of God.

 

Its not my fault he gave my words meaning thats his own intelligence. I thought we were trying to mind fuck ourselves here. Causing an existential crisis is the point of the conversation.

Sure, but notice how no matter how hard you believe in solipsism or not people still gonna do whatever they do. All you can control is yourself at the end of the day. 
 

I guess, solipsism is the realization of omnipotence…. And all there is is sentience and sovereignty. But, that isn’t gonna change your day to day deal with a dickhole boss, or the war in Gaza.

I understand the concept of oneness actually, and have had my own awakenings.

But I still hold value in the fact that I have my own mind.

Your view of solipsism is one that refuses to accept the separate nature of individual minds.

Even though we may all be One, separateness is a part of this Oneness.

Not necessarily. If solipsism is true. Because God’s mind is one, and life is a dream. God can dream a dream in which it imagines it’s finite in a word of others in which it cannot control. It can do this through its super logic and infinite will. 
 

Your mind and the mind of others would be equally real. But, reality is perceived absolutely through a single frame. Mine. 
 

So, really it’s not a case for solipsism being bs at all. When you dream at night in your own mind you deal with weird characters who you cannot control but you know they only exist in your mind right?
