Leo, your view on hierarchical systems?

In your wage slavery video you said towards the end that the capitalist structure is not evil but rather a beautiful, intelligent, complex system that is here for a good reason (paraphrasing).

Could you please expand on that? Where can I read more about it?

If saying that wealth should be distributed more equally is a Stage Green view, then is saying the system is beautiful and unequal for higher, intelligent reasons a Stage Yellow view?

Is the below accurate?

Orange

Capitalism is good. I could become a deca-millionaire. Everybody can do with their money as they choose.

Green

Capitalism is sub optimal. Wealth must be distributed somewhat equally. Deca-millionaires and billionaires should not exist.

Yellow

Capitalism is hierarchical and unequal for high, intelligent reason. Very few people can become wealthy. Inequality is not necessarily bad.

Wealth inequality is a huge problem. The issue is how to fix that issue systemically in an intelligent way rather than some stupid way like communism.

I don't have a solution. I don't see anyone who has the solution. So until then we are stuck with the current system.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

One way to reduce inequality is to significantly raise the wages of the hardest, dirtiest, and most demanding blue-collar jobs bringing them up to at least the level of middle-class incomes. These wage increases should be funded by requiring billionaires and large business owners to share at least 50% of their profits with the workers. That way, even if someone has a tough or unpleasant job, they’re still paid well enough to enjoy a high quality of life. The government should force this to happen! Right now the most essential, the hardest jobs, are paid the least, while some fat programmer that litteraly brings 0 value to the world, who makes addictive games so those who play it waste their life playing it, makes a fortune! While people who destroy their health in construction get paid shit! This needs to change!

Tax wealth not work, Gary Stevenson's solution seems the most legit until now. The ideological left is too simple minded and emotionally driven to apply this correctly, they lack systems understanding.

Bullshit jobs in corporations are a clear example of private sector inefficiency. Libertarians brag about how efficient private sector is. My ass

I've heard promising things with donut economics.

@Daniel Balan I don't see how playing videogames in the right context is a waste of time.
