Carnivore diet been doing great

I cut out all carbs from my diet . I never loved carbs anyways .even in school days I used to extract the beef out of my sandwich and eat it raw and throw away the toast . I'm transitioning into carnivorous diet .I think it makes me feel literally amazing and on top of life . At first I started this diet to gain muscles because I lift weights at home and do push ups +taking protein shakes etc . At first I used to eat meats ..milk..cheese ..eggs ..and that's it .

But now I only eat grilled meat 🥩 once a day and I'm already losing belly fat and getting more stiff in my bones and more healthy muscular weight has been put into my abs.. my arms ..my shoulders etc

This Is iterally what I eat all day everyday plus drinking water :sheep steak .

You guys should definitely give it a try . At first you will miss a pieces of bread or pasta or rice etc but with time you will learn how to eat a juicy steak and call it a day.

Yup pretty much .scientifically speaking it seems like vegan diet is a healthiest .but I don't eat for preventing disease. I eat the diet that makes me feel better and become stronger .

Science seems to support a plant preDOMINANT diet, so not necessarily a vegan diet because it still includes animal products. If you don’t care about potential disease then yea it’s not an issue…

Meat is not that awful btw. If its low quality meats or eggs then it can cause allergic response in the body .

Look..I will say it flat out ..meat is the tastiest food available to me and the most important food that will help me get Jacked without hitting the gym .also I can eat it with any quantities I want without gaining fat weight .I only gain muscles weight .

Eat meat drink blood girl ..its good for ya 😂

I don’t think science says good quality meat is awful. But I think it says it’s not good to eat it exclusively. And gaining weight is about calories . That’s my materialistic science view which I do trust in these matters

Hahaha well I don’t have that directly, what I do know of is for example the Nordic nutrition recommendations 2023 which is based on a big body of research which recommends :

@Sugarcoat OK thanks.  So according to this recommendation:sugar & alcohol are fine ? Might as well binge on KFC and smoke 2 packs of ciggies a day lol.

Every diet is provable as true with science it’s all confirmation bias guys.

You’re not using science correctly you’re just using any random study to verify your belief system

Every vegan things that science proves they’re right

Every Carnivore think science proves they’re right

Every Paleo thinks science proves they’re right

Every keto thinks science proves they’re right

And so on.

Everyone has different genetics and you have to figure out what works best for your body. The only common denominator is that you wanna avoid processed foods.
