Genes do play a role. How many Down syndrome men do you see as CEOs of fortune five hundred companies?

 

Hard work matters in success and wealth. So does genes because they determine a lot about you.

People have different IQs, ambitions, proclivities, etc…
 

Your intelligence, looks, health, personality, upbringing, work habits, discipline, etc all matter for being successful and wealthy. Elites generally are harder working than non-elites. 
 

Even if non-elites work hard, and there is a lack of fairness… 

We live in a world where merit and results from equal opportunity trump delusions of equal outcomes. 
 

Even though yes, the system is in the elites hands and equal opportunity is more murky due to systemic inequality. 
 

Being Elite likely means you went to the best schools which means you got the best education and your parents likely as the best genes.

Perhaps it would be beneficial if you made an announcement clarifying the current style, direction of your teachings, and the reasons for that. Clearly some people are getting confused. In the past, and even quite recently you mentioned shifting to more "politically correct", non-violent communication, and avoiding beating people over the head with truth, however it's been quite the opposite, at least on the blog and forum. Surely there's tangible reasons for that, as well as the complete focus on epistemology. It's a form of love too, but one harder to see as such. I don't mind the style because I can see through to the substance and get the value, however that might be challenging. People should also be making an effort to read between the lines and contemplate harder on their own, but the gap is bridged quicker when it's done from both ends. 

So a single in-depth, clear communication should help, and whoever still doesn't get it after that ought to leave or be ignored.

I did make that shift.

Just because some of you guys get depressed by some of the diifficult truths I share doesn't mean I am being violent in my communication or beating you over the head.

Truth will always be painful to many of you. I can't help that. I just go deeper and deeper in my understanding of reality and mankind. As that happens I learn more and more ugly things which many of you are not gonna like hearing.

My understanding is counter to all the New Age spiritual fantasies that is the bog-standard in this field. You're not going to get happy spiritual New Age stuff from me.

The direction of the teachings is to cut through all fantasy and understand the mind and mankind at ever deeper levels.

There are things I haven't even shared because you guys would find it too demoralizing. So I am not just mindlessly truth-bombing you.

I have not read every post by Leo but the thing is he uses harsh words. I don’t agree with his characterization or analysis but it’s his style. You could view people as genetically inferior or view them as different and holding value in different way. Comparing one as better or worse is so contextual it falls apart when living from expanded consciousness. Wording matters, but I wouldn’t impose my wording and the way I think on anyone.

I disagree somewhat about the shift, my understanding of non-violent might be somewhat different as it also includes subtler things like choice of language. Profanity, labels like "leftist", "hippie" are still there, maybe more than ever before. Again, it's all good, I don't take any issue with that. In fact it's great that you're committed to integrity in the face of disagreements, misinterpretation, and depressing impacts. Waiting for more.

But I did want to make that suggestion based on observation of what's been going on the forum. Maybe put what you told me on the blog for better visibility.

Are you willing to make those teachings available soon? I am more than happy to pay for your most poignant work. It is not that I don't find value in your recent videos, but I operate at a rather high level of intensity. My particular context has made it both possible and necessary to take on much more than most people assimilate in decades. In your words, the fire under my ass is raging. Or as I say, I don't have the luxury of despair.

These are just some quick examples, there's more. I'll leave it at that, things are fine the way they are.

By the way, a video about distinguishing/balancing between vision and fantasy would be great. Learning how to dream big, within the confines of reality is crucial. There's some old adjacent videos, but having a concrete one + all the updated understanding would be nice.

Can you recall when this shift happened? Like where were you in your own personal development where cutting through fantasy became central? Was it gradual or instant? Life events, relationships, etc? I think knowing this helps us navigate our own relationship with truth as it deepens.

Just reading back on this thread. Has Elon done more net good for the world vs. doing net bad?

EV cars and rockets... yeah, thank you. But there is deep environmental pressure for an alternative to fossil fuels, and while Elon does deserve his flowers for the greater society moving towards electric vehicles, the world was reaching a boiling point where we HAD to find an alternative or risk extinction. Yes, Elon capitalized on the pressures, but I'll echo that if it wasn't going to be him, it would have been somebody else due to the pressure of the situation and an open market.

The bad is that he's enforcing corruption, lies, censorship while claiming to be "free speech", brainwashing, and egocentricism. You don't want to tell your children to be like Elon. Becuase he's a very lonely, narcissistic insanely rich man.

I feel like he's overall influencing the world in a net toxic and detrimental way. If he'd have just stayed in the shadows and been the rocket and EV man, we'd probably see him as a lovable billionaire. But his political shenanigans just spotlight how much corruption can negatively impact otherwise good intentions.
