We are eating so many toxins and are putting so many chemicals in our bodies and are unaware of how this is affecting us physically and mentally. We need to start taking responsibility of our own health and start to be vigilant of how we are being poisoned and making ourselves sick. We cannot go on expecting the government to do all the work and then blame the food industries without at least educating ourselves on how these chemicals are playing a part in poisoning the body which in turn causes us to keep taking medication after medication and the cycle keeps on going. 

This thread should spread awareness and not demonize. Demonizing is not the purpose. It is for educational purposes and how this affects us all in some way shape or form no matter what country we live in because the domino effect is very powerful; and what affects one, affects us all - directly or indirectly.

Idk. I don't even know if we should be eating eggs. I've heard they're the cause of shingles. Plus, if they're not farm raised, they're not as nutritious. I eat eggs, but idk about them being the healthiest form of protein, but they do provide a sufficient amount. Not all eggs are the same. It's one of those things like meat or no meat. Won't send you to the degenerative disease isle, it's just a matter of preference. Eggs contain amino acids which the body needs and most plants do not provide that. There are always swaps and different options, though.

Eggs are the best source of choline of any foods with some organs.

Also great work lately with raising awareness on this health issue.

Although my diet is probably very different from you (lots of meats), I agree with pretty much 100% of your words across all threads.

You are great at highlighting the common enemy (harmful compounds) without being too rigid about what's good or right.

You have a balanced take on meat for someone who leans plant-based.
